Perfect experience beyond expectations!
The homestay I stayed at this time really surprised me! The room layout is warm and exquisite, and every detail can feel the landlord's intentions - log-style furniture, soft and comfortable bedding, and a small balcony with sunshine by the window, which instantly relaxes. The hygiene is also impeccable, the bathroom and kitchen are clean and tidy, completely as safe as returning home.
The landlord is super warm and caring! Not only did I communicate the check-in guide in advance, but also prepared a handwritten guide on the surrounding food, and even took the initiative to help us store our luggage. The location of the homestay is also very convenient. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes to catch the sea. There is a coffee shop downstairs. You don't have to worry about eating and drinking.
The most memorable thing is to sit on the terrace at night and watch the stars, quiet and healing, completely escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to this city, and I will recommend it to my friends! Full score experience, treasure homestay worth collecting ～

GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

MM13520****1. Clearwater Bay Beach is truly fantastic (though it rained, so I'm not sure if that affected the singing). The sand is fine, the sea is blue, and there are many small sand crabs (but please release them if you catch them, they belong to the ocean!).
2. Our butler, Chloe, provided excellent service. She upgraded our room, was incredibly responsive to all our requests, and went out of her way to help us solve any issues. She contacted us in advance of our stay, and during our stay, she sent us a fruit basket and coconuts. She also actively helped us secure a prime spot for the beach BBQ (super nice).
3. The hotel itself has a strong Southeast Asian style, designed with elegance and grandeur. The corridors, arches, sculptures, and the long bar are all beautiful. At night, when the lights come on, the entire building looks incredibly sophisticated and high-quality.
4. Dining: We tried the beach BBQ, and the atmosphere was great. Although we couldn't dine directly on the sand, the lawn right next to the beach was still lovely. The food was excellent, ranking among the best buffet ingredients we've had in Sanya (with sea cucumber, abalone, caviar, lobster, hairy crabs, large oysters, etc.). However, the overall service was somewhat disappointing. The waitstaff seemed to be aimlessly busy (perhaps temporary staff who were very unprofessional), and it often took multiple calls to get their attention. The same applied to clearing plates (they'd clear a full plate of food you were still eating, but wouldn't clear empty ones). Also, the vinegared hot pot (Zao Po Cu hot pot) caught fire due to the strong wind, and the flames were quite large. Yet, the waitstaff remained unconcerned. In the end, it was a foreign staff member who helped put it out – kudos to him.
5. Bar: We tried the Singapore Sling and a Negroni. The Singapore Sling, originating from Raffles, was good, but the Negroni was very mediocre. The overall service was also quite frustrating. We had to call the waiter over just to get water, and after sitting for ten minutes, we were told our table was reserved. However, every table had a 'reserved' sign. The waiter then said some tables with signs were reserved and some weren't, which honestly left a very poor impression.
6. The hotel pool is great. The lagoon pool has a bubble activity in the afternoon, and the adult pool is also very clear. I feel like if the weather were good, we could also surf and swim by the sea. Next time, with better weather, I'll try the water activities.
7. The room view was quite good, and the housekeeping auntie was very meticulous, turning down our bed every evening.
Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives. The overall service could definitely be improved. The beach is indeed unbeatable, and the butler service was excellent. However, the service from other staff members needs strengthening. Apart from the staff near the front desk and in the Chinese restaurant who proactively greeted us, I hope other staff members around the resort can also be more proactive in greeting guests.

KKelemeiyougaiI've been to Lingshui for work many times and have stayed at a few hotels here. This one, relatively speaking, offers exceptional value for money.
This is my third time staying here, and each time the front desk staff has been very welcoming. They offered a small welcome gift of walnut shortbread cookies and asked about any food allergies, also informing me about the opening hours of the hotel's hot spring pool.
All these times I've chosen a king-size room. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. I've also eaten at the hotel restaurant twice; the food was decent and not overpriced. The pool, hot springs, and children's water park in the back look great, but due to my work schedule, I haven't had a chance to visit them. I've seen people downstairs having a lot of fun. Overall, it's very suitable for business trips or family vacations.
I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and make sure to find time to experience the hot springs.

GGuest UserI usually don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service at Sangem Moon Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member. Their friendliness and genuine care make you feel right at home.
The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service.
A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do!
I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless.
Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day.
I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive.
I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!

As a new fan of the Indigo brand, my stay at the Indigo Sanya Clear Water Bay completely revolutionized my perception of a vacation! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the ”ocean jewelry store” design language – pearl chandeliers like falling stars, furniture in a blue and white coral palette intertwined with Li ethnic rattan weaving techniques. Every detail spoke of the Tanka people's millennia-old wisdom of ”coexistence between land and sea.” But what touched me most was the meticulous care from my butler, Sigrid: from proactively upgrading me to a full sea-view room before check-in to promptly booking various activities, her service was as warm and healing as the sea breeze.
Opening the window revealed the magnificent 12-kilometer glass-like sea. Inside the 48㎡ full sea-view room, a KingKoil mattress and Dyson hairdryer spoke of luxury, while blue and white patterned bathrobes and tea-scented toiletries added a local touch. Breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was a delight for the taste buds; in the evening, I waited for the sunset by the infinity pool, where the silhouettes of the distant yacht club and the sound of waves intertwined into a poem.
Special thanks to Indigo and Sigrid for unlocking such a surprising experience for me. If there's any regret, it's only the reluctance to leave this hidden gem, a secret haven that blends ocean poetry with human warmth. 🌟

PPuyouzhenI'd seen some less-than-stellar reviews online before checking in, but after just one night, I understood why opinions are so polarized: it seems they offer 'differentiated treatment'.
Initially, I was waiting in the main lobby for check-in, but then I was escorted to an adjacent, VIP-style area. It was definitely quiet and air-conditioned, and the check-in process was very swift.
It turns out that pool room guests receive superior service. When I first entered the hotel, it was bustling with all sorts of guests, many of whom were probably there for the 4000-square-meter kids' water park. Despite having a pool room, we actually ended up avoiding the public areas because it was simply too sunny, and our child was uncomfortable with the heat.
Our pool room was on the first floor, and it was quite convenient as the food delivery drop-off point was just a left turn outside our door.
However, there was a noticeable musty smell in the hotel's restaurant and elevators.
The kids' club was very large and clean, offering plenty of entertainment, but some of the activities felt a bit half-hearted.
Our butler was very responsive to our requests; they brought plenty of plastic hangers for drying clothes, and the bed rail was delivered immediately upon request. The bed in the pool room was also very comfortable. I was quite satisfied with these aspects.
Right after dropping off our luggage, we headed to the all-you-can-eat beef buffet. Perhaps we went early, as it wasn't crowded, and there was pleasant live music. The food itself was of a moderate standard – plenty of variety, but the quality was just average. For over 200 RMB per person, it was acceptable.
There are plenty of dining options available around the kids' club, so you definitely won't go hungry.
My final recommendation is that if the hotel can more clearly delineate and differentiate its zones or services, allowing higher-paying guests to consistently experience a superior level of service, then I would consider the pool room to be truly worth the money.

GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

AAnonymous UserBeautiful stunning villa ,we originally booked for 1 night , ended up 3 nights . Front desk were super helpful and friendly . The quality of breakfast was average considering the price of the room and overall hotel standard . The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and overcooked fish , very disappointed. My partner and I wanted a coffee in the evening , we had to wait for the restaurant to open to buy one , these are the additional details of a hotel service that I expected to be part of our stay , as the hotel sells itself on a luxury standard. Small details makes all the difference and does not cost much , overall beautiful place , fantastic location, great front desk staff

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a quiet place with great beaches, this is your hotel! The rooms are clean, very spacious and have everything you need (fridge, hairdryer, washing machine, big balcony with seats. There is a gym in the basement and a lovely large garden that leads to the sea. Everything is accessible with your hotel card. The hotel is very big and has a luxurious feel. The service is impeccable, they will help you no matter the time or request! Thank you Huang Xiaolan!
The beach is clean and quiet. Bring your own beverages, because there’s no vendors. The sea can be a bit wild, but a ‘sea pool’ is created right in front of the gate by the board walk. If you go left, you’ll find a playground for kids too. Toys for kids to play with in the sea can be found at the mall or Jiarunfa. In the morning musicians sometimes play at the beach.
There is a mall nearby (1 km walk) that has a little market, some stores and a lot of restaurants, the people are nice and helpful. There’s also a massage center on the first floor (take the stairs behind McDonalds) that offers great massages for a very good price. If you cross the street in front of the mall, there’s some fruit vendors and a big supermarket (Jiarunfa). Very nice people there too.
I loved staying here and will definitely come back!

JJing wu xihow to say. . It's not bad. The lobby is magnificent, but the facilities inside are not very good. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.
