The reception and hotel staff were very friendly and kind. the room was beautifully clean and modern. the only downside is that the door is right by the lobby and anyone sitting the lobby watching their phone or chatting can be clearly heard in the night. the location is great, its very easy to get to the walking street and to the gate of the wall. thank you, overall it was a great stay

之前一直住的亞朵酒店，今天第一次嘗試輕居酒店，沒想到這個酒店的服務非常的超出我的想象力，我的一個戒指不小心掉在酒店裡了，當我發現的時候我已經離開酒店了，我第一時間聯繫了前台跟他們講了我的訴求，百分百是掉在酒店裡的，因為這個戒指對於我來説有重大的意義，加了微信沒到一會，工作人員打視頻過來問我具體位置，我就看到好幾個人都在幫忙尋找，有趴着地上，也有看櫃子縫的，那畫面還挺好玩的，在一個陌生的城市還有人能這麼重視我，我真的挺意外的，後來在床縫找着了，還給我寄了過來，包裝到特別仔細，特別感謝酒店的工作人員。
