房子裝修的很漂亮，很明顯房東是用心了的。住起來非常的舒服，也很方便，對面就是銀泰，附近也有一家榮記的川菜館。 去臨海的那幾天下大雨，很慶幸訂了民宿不是酒店，無法出門時候，一家人在客廳喝茶聊天還是挺寫意的。 房東也很熱情，從確認訂單後就開始溝通，辦理入住非常順利，訊息也提供的非常準確。退房那天房東也主動告知可以延時退房，人非常爽快。 下次有機會來臨海還會再住這裏。
