商務出行住在六樓，房間看起來雖然很長時間了，但是很乾凈，重點是服務人員態度很好，看到帶了電腦會主動添加鼠標墊；住客房會有二次檢查，客人的反饋第一時間解決，送了好多小番茄；感謝樓層服務大姐。臨沂正在向旅遊城市發展，新琅琊很好，期待二刷。

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, close to the center and everything I needed. The breakfast was truly outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, even accommodating my request for a late checkout without hesitation. The room itself was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable, with a pillow that ensured a restful sleep. My only minor complaint was the presence of a few tiny flies on the bed, despite the overall cleanliness of the room. Despite this small issue, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, and comfortable accommodations.

從來未評價過 但是棲蔦酒店真的非常好。全家四人有長者 有小朋友 都很滿意。首先服務好，來店有零食 離開有小禮物，所有的服務人員服務態度都超級好，小朋友半夜流鼻血，蹭到被子上，非常快速幫忙更換了被褥，需要東西也非常快速送來。其次酒店設施也很好，小朋友很喜歡機器人，而且早餐也很棒，很精細。最後交通也非常便利。真是性價比極高。喜歡喜歡，來臨沂，是這家酒店給了我們對山東的好印象。下次如果有機會還會來住。

Nice place with professional services. Thank you to Ms. Mia Lu and Ms Kitty Gao who really help us with patiently. They booked online taxi and we can came to train station without late. Even that was rain, they also book another online taxi when our luggage was not enough.. they accompany us and give some snacks while we didn't get breakfast because it was 5 am. Thank very much.

The hotel looked nice and clean and the layout is modern. However, we didn't like the room. First, yellow water came out the water taps (sink and bathtub). The bathtub couldn't hold the water as it kept draining away so we didn't use it after the first time. Some lights didn't work. Toilet paper was too little. There was no desk, no fridge, no sofa, while it was stated in the description of trip.com. Staff was nice. Service, location and breakfast was fine.

300元都不到的價位，居然訂到了四星級酒店，這是這次國慶假期臨沂之行最驚喜的。酒店有個大院，所以停車很方便。前台、保安、服務員等都非常熱情、服務周到，耐心幫忙安排車位，貼心護送到房間，充分展示出了山東人的熱情好客。房間很整潔，所有洗漱用品都是有質感的，毛巾浴巾等都是用一次性防潮袋封裝好的，這點給人的感覺很好。酒店雖然是老房子，但是新裝修過，還很特別，尤其床品，用的是莫蘭迪灰、黃色系的，還贈送了水果、小吃等飲食，一瓶水培綠蘿擺在桌上，這些細節都讓人有回到家的感覺。房間很安靜，讓家人都有了一晚好睡眠。酒店位於市中心，火車站附近，附近吃、玩都很方便。來臨沂出差遊玩真心推薦這家酒店。

非常非常滿意的一次入住，酒店房間高檔又乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛美味，服務人員很熱情友好，不管需要什麼都很快送上來，酒店位置很好，停車場很大，值得一提的是酒店停車場就有特來電的超沖樁，對於開電車或者混動車出來旅行出差的小夥伴非常友好！很少給酒店點評，但是確實是非常非常不錯的酒店

Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!

This hotel is really great! Brand.new and very modern nordic in decor. friendly staff and close to railway station for.early train depature. Takes 15 mintues and you are at station. will stay again.
