這次住宿真的太好了。訂到的是燕語堂翠琅房間，燕語堂房間真的是竹泉村最好的房間了。翠琅房間設計特別合理，我尤其喜歡那一整扇的落地窗户。窗外就是竹林，兩張椅子，坐在那裡悠閑的喝茶，特別愜意。管家服務也特別好，公共客廳特別棒，客廳頂上是透明魚池有很多的金魚，二樓是個平台。尤其喜歡客廳裏咖啡機的意式濃縮，我喝了好幾杯，真的太香了。同行一起出行的小夥伴們訂到的別的房間，但是所有的人都來到翠琅房間，大家都覺得房間很棒！榻榻米平台很大，旁邊是浴缸。強烈推薦要來的朋友住一下燕語堂的房間！感謝管家曉雨的服務，孩子過生日，蛋糕都是管家給接收送到飯店裡的，特別舒心。

聽服務人員説，燕語堂是竹泉村最好的民宿，有幸體驗了一把。在服務中心辦理完入住後，有專門的接駁車送去民宿。房間很大，設施齊全，乾淨整潔；公共區域有免費咖啡和茶，有按摩椅，公共區域的房頂上是露天透明的玻璃魚缸，金魚在頭頂游來游去，很新鮮的感覺；服務很周到，每個房間每天贈送兩盒牛奶，還贈送了竹葉茶；房間窗外就是竹林，很有意境。一家人在竹泉村住了2晚，很適合一家人來休閑度假。

從辦理入住到景區人員接送，再到客房人員的服務特別好，房間衞生也特別乾淨。入住在景區可以避開人流多的時間遊覽，感受獨享園區景色的美好，閑暇時光可以在房間喝茶聊天，總體來説是一次愉快愜意的旅行。

住宿在景點內，需要單獨買門票但是有住宿優惠門票。辦理住宿在遊客中心，小車送到住宿點，管家門口接，很順暢。
訂房間時是盲買，和朋友分開訂房間沒搞懂房型，後來跟管家説了之後，管家小姐姐一位是小李一位是7092（對不起沒記住，也可能是7096）非常好，幫我們調劑房間。小姐姐還幫我們拿行李。
房子乾淨，有炕和床的選擇。我選炕，有乳膠墊和加熱，房間廁所也很大，馬桶是自動，洗澡水也很大。
房間走出去可以看看景點，喂喂魚。景點內竹米園餐廳燒菜也挺好吃的。
整體都很滿意，對了，竹泉村的水也好喝。兩位管家小姐姐也很好，有問必答。

竹泉村可玩性很高 願意裏面有秋千 住宿的話就是民宿的標準 我們是 這個院子可以住3家人 性價比還是很高的
另外竹泉村景區還是挺好玩兒的 商業街的吃食都挺好吃 走到山頂還有漂流小火車 5塊錢買了好多胡蘿蔔隨便喂小動物 還可以近距離看老虎 另外還有非常新的無動力設施 有五層高 極具挑戰性 最後玩兒累了還可以做漂流下來 真的不錯

民宿的環境，位置，服務確實很到位，很客氣，有問必答。接駁車也很方便，吃的東西在景區裏算還不錯，但是住的話，不知道是因為節假日還是本來就那麼貴。感覺這個價位這個房型確實有點貴。
