Staff is helpful and service is good. Provision of more facilities such as welcome bottled water, electric kettle, more hangers would certainly improve guest experience.

Had a really nice stay it is located near the center of Linz old Town which you can easily visit by foot .For me the only downside was the parking fee .The Hotel does not have a parking area and there is an underground parking right next to the Hotel but the parking fees are about 25 Euros for 24 hours which was not bad considering for shorter periods of time you pay 3 Euros for an hour and if was like this almost everywhere which i find a bit annoying because if you take time to really enjoy your espresso that we are counting 20 Euros in total with the parking .Even in the streets it was 3 Euros for 90 minutes the reason i made this review is i myself appreciate it a lot when someone else writes an honest review and it helped me with my stays and i want to help the next one have a nice trip .

very good location and comfortable hotel

The room is very new and large. It is one of the few large rooms you can stay in when traveling in Europe. The front desk guy is very good and friendly. There is a McDonald's not far from the city center and it takes about ten minutes to walk.

Overall, everything went well. Everyone was very friendly. I would just like to point out that if a guest can't stand the fact that they can't open a window to get some fresh air, then the room isn't suitable. It's very small, and I don't mind having the air conditioning on all night. The breakfast has everything and is very good.

I originally planned to stay for only one night, but the hotel was so conveniently located that I stayed another day. The city view is within walking distance, the shopping street is nearby, and the city center is almost within walking distance. The breakfast was also great.

The room is warm and comfortable, and the overall experience is perfect! The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and I slept well all night! The service is thoughtful, the front desk lady is enthusiastic and patient, and she also gave me snacks. The experience is great! I was a little worried when I placed the order online, but when I arrived at the store, it was basically the same as the picture description, no problem!

The self-paid buffet breakfast here: diverse styles and very delicious! The breakfast area is relatively large, with enough tables for many people to have breakfast together! There is an elevator to each floor, but you need a key card to start the elevator. We can only reach our own floor to prevent outsiders from entering each floor and act as an anti-theft function!

Located next to the church, the restaurant is good and the service is very good. It is much more cost-effective than Courtyard.
