We (2+2) stayed there in the beginning of Oct 2013. There was only one other room occupied and the weather was cool but the pool was kept in order and we used it. It is a few minutes walk from the centre but not too close for a walk with suitcases. The owner will pick you up on your arrival, keep his phone number handy. Other apartment owners will try to steel you when you get off the aliscafo so he is sure to be there. The rooms are made in good taste, breakfast was OK and the service quite good. We had a mosquito problem when we came so they gave us a repellent. better bring some. For short, it was a comfortable place for rest and as a base for exploring the nearby ilands.

It was one of my best hotel experiences ever! Very cozy, comfortable room, and very friendly personal care from the Mr. De Pasquale and his team. Thanks a lot for the wonderful holiday and best memories.

Hotel is 10 min slightly uphill walk from Lipari town centre. If this doesn't present a problem for you, then it's great. Family owned, stunning building recently renovated. Nice breakfast on a sunny terrace. Great pool area with outside showers and canopy area, chaise longues etc. Room and bathroom clean and well appointed. Peaceful at night (probably more so than in the centre of Lipari).

Service was excellent, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional at the same time. Whatever we needed they tried to make our stay pleasant.They gave us assistance booking the trip for Stromboli and Vulcano, that was an amazing experience! Our room was comfortable, clean with a very nice view of the town and the castle. In the morning we had breakfast in the terrace with a great choice of delicious foods. The location is quite and we enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool. Great place, we would reccomend it!

I had planned to go to Villa De Pasquale in September 2009 so I called and inquired about price and cancellation policy. As I was given a good price I went ahead with reservation. They said they needed a down payment of 300 euros which would be returned if cancelled seven days prior to arrival. So I OK'd down payment by credit card. After a couple of weeks my husband was informed he wouldn’t have any days off so I called to cancel my reservation and to have a refund as stated. Much to my dismay I was told that they would keep ten percent of the sum as they had issued an invoice and they had to keep the money to cover for VAT. Why hadn't I been told before? I wouldn't have chosen this place had I been informed! This is not a total refund as stated, this is a refund minus 10% which to me is not exactly the same thing! I felt ripped off and cheated, so should you decide to go, be warned and check carefully before you make any payment. As for me, I wont' be going to Villa De Pasquale anytime soon!

I made a booking at this hotel and I paid the total amount by bank transfer in advance, as the hotel asked me total payment in order to confirm the room. Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking due to Covid-19, but I could get a refund, as they guaranteed on the confirmation letter. However , even though I have been trying to contact them for requesting my money back a lot of times, they did not refund me absolutely nothing ! Hotel owner made me promise a refund back but he didn't keep it. It is very sad to know that these prehistroc befaviors still exist.

Vacanza in totale relax. Hotel bellissimo con una vista meravigliosa sul castello e sul mare, curatissimo e soprattutto le camere molto pulite. A due passi dal centro storico di Lipari. Lo staff è molto accogliente e gentile. Complimenti.

Siamo rientrati da poco da una splendida vacanza a Lipari. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort... con un panorama incantevole. Il Signor Giovanni ed il suo collaboratore Newton sono stati sempre attenti alle nostre esigenze, prodighi di gentilezze e consigli. Grazie a loro abbiamo apprezzato le bellezze delle isole ed i sapori della cucina eoliana... Ritorneremo sicuramente! Maria e Fabio
