The hotel is nice, well located near a huge mall (Amoreiras). Rooma are large, breakfast is good. Reception people were nice . We had one dinner in the hotel and it was a bad experience - we received the main course after an hour and 45 minutes, most of my group members gave up and left before and the veal steak we got was overcooked. It is a 5* hotel with no character at all.

酒店位置和服務都很滿意，硬件軟件都很到位。幾步遠就是熊貓食堂，10歐左右一碗拉麪，肉爛湯鮮，超級滿足。如果這家排隊人多，可以出酒店右轉到馬路對面的商場二樓也有個熊貓食堂，沒啥人，不用等還有麥當勞和超市。下坡就是愛德華七世廣場觀光車站，去哪兒都方便。離自由大道、英格列斯商場和寶馬街都是步行一二十分鐘的距離，很便利。服務人員很友好，就是退房時説要把發票發我訊息，一週了還沒有發過來。

Great room; we stayed on 18th floor that had a winding staircase with an outside patio. The patio was very large and had a fantastic view; it was wonderful. The beds were comfy and we were able to get an extra single bed brought in as there were 4 of us. The bathrooms were great with the rainshower head and sprayer, large soft bath towels and robes. The only thing that was disappointing is that the window on the main floor only went 1/2 way up the wall and there was no window on the 2nd floor bedroom; however you had the door that opened up to the patio on the 2nd floor. It was a fantastic room. The staff was great and quick to respond to any requests we had. Great place to stay. It is close to a park; restaurants, but seems to be more in the business district; however we walked all other to stores etc. Lisbon is very up/down so you are always walking up or down and on uneven ground/bricks. Fantastic place; just wear comfy/walking shoes and be ready to have some steep uphills and downhills.

Excellent gym; terrific tour of it and the city view from the roof top location by Miguel, the staff attendant. Varanda restaurant had an outstanding breakfast buffet all three days. Excellent service as well. Room and bathroom very well appointed and serviced each day. Lovely views over the park from the hilltop location. Nice balcony. The concierge could have been much better. I wonder if the Lisboa a Noite restaurant has some sort of kickback scheme going with the major hotels. It was not remotely one of the best locations in Lisbon; 20 minute taxi ride away; grossly expensive - outrageous by Portuguese standards. Another recommendation for a casual dinner at By the Wine was ok, but, again, Lisbon has far better places to offer. The booking at Seen was brilliant, so we’ll give the concierge 1 out of 3. At more than Euro1200/night, this is a very expensive hotel. It’s the height of summer and Lisbon is trending, so I get it. Nonetheless, it’s expensive for what it is.

This hotel has very helpful and courteous staff. My room was comfortable, with French doors that opened to let the fresh air in. The restaurant downstairs served a BEAUTIFUL dinner, with a scrumptious dessert and nice wine. Highly recommend dining there during your stay.

We highly recommend Sheraton Lisboa! Everything about our stay was 5 Stars!! The front desk staff was very pleasant when we arrived. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite with our Suite Nights and it was fantastic. Our room was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. The bathroom was huge and everything looked brand new. The bed was the best and we slept well. The lobby lounge was staffed very well and the happy hour food and drinks were really good. The lady singing during cocktail hour was really good. The morning breakfast buffet was huge and tended to very well. Overall every staff person was very friendly and professional. Kudos to the management of this hotel for providing us exceptional accomodations in beautiful Lisbon.

Close from the metro station so it is easy to get around. Clean, tidy & reasonably quiet. The outdoor pool is really nice to have, but it was too shallow (1.2m) and there were no bathrobes even when we asked at the counter. All in all, good experience.

we stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice as well. All the staff that we interacted it were absolutely fantastic. We arrived at the hotel just after midnight. The location of the hotel is perfect for spending a dew days in Lisbon. We walked almost everywhere. I would definitely recommend the AVANI Liberdade.

I stayed with my two friends for 5 nights to visit the city and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. It is very easy to get from the airport as public transport drops you just 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Even to book a cab is a great option because the fare will be around 10€ max. The hotel has a perfect location even if you are not in Lisbon old town as such, you can go by foot and it is a really nice walk. Otherwise, you can get easily taxis, buses and tram. All around the hotel. The location is important but what will really make me to come back is the team. Since we walked in (quite early) the experience was amazing. Our room was ready and with no extra charge the receptionist checked us in!! We were nicely surprised. Our triple room had a balcony and a good size. The furnitures were new, modern deco, very clean and a lot of facilities and amenities. Housekeeping cleaning standards must be mentioned as they do an outstanding job. Please, pass it to them.The room was perfectly done every day and any request was easily sorted. The reception team is just lovely. They greeted us, always with a smile, when we were going in and out. Nothing was too much troubled for them. If you need recommendations, suggestions or just to have a chit-chat do not hesitate to speak with the team. I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you as you made the most of our trip. You do an amazing job!! I will not book anywhere else for my next visit to Lisbon. Looking forward for my next holidays in this beautiful city!!!

I have booked my holidays at Mercure Hotel, but due to covid restrictions, my reservation was changed to Novotel. I received very good treatment from Novotel staff members. It's an amazing hotel, a comfortable and spacious room, large parking, very good location, near a tube station and the best thing - very good customer service. All staff members from reception are polite and do the best for the comfort of the guest. Hospitality team prepared a special decoration in the room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I really recommend Novotel Lisbon and I am sure that on my next trip to Lisbon, I will stay in Novotel again.

Café da manhã bom, principalmente pelo custo-benefício. As instalações do quarto deixam um pouco a desejar, pois é um padrão antigo. É notável que os quartos precisam de uma atualização de design de interiores, ar-condicionado mais novo e uma tv desta década. Fora isso, os funcionários foram cordiais, fizeram um early check-in, o que nos ajudou e facilitou muito na chegada, pois estávamos cansados, além da cama ser confortável. Se o seu objetivo é se hospedar em um hotel de bom atendimento, mas não vai ficar para desfrutar do hotel e sim da cidade, perfeito. Agora, se for utilizar bastante as instalações do quarto, vai se incomodar um pouco.

酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

C'est un système de chambre d'hôtes assez bien rodé, situé à la bouche de métro sao sebastiao, face au Corte ingles. L'accueil a été fait en français et par un hôte très sympathique et agréable. La chambre était très grande. La salle de bain, bien que jolie et très propre était difficile à fermer à l'aide du crochet installé. Nous avons pris un petit déjeuner plutôt bien fourni, il y avait de tout en quantité. Un temps de pause très agréable à Lisbonne.

Hotel Acores Lisbon is definitey one to keep in mind. I have stayed here with some friends for a long weekend in April. The hotel is absolutely a great place to stay during your Lisbon visit. The rooms a nice, spacious and clean. Beds are soft and sheets were clean. Breakfast in the hotel is good, there is enough choice in the restaurant. The reception staff is very friendly and they try to help you with all you questions. The airport is close to the hotel and there are airplanes flying over during the day, but to be honest, it's not annoying. Whenever I go back to Lisbon I will keep this hotel in mind to stay in again.
