Reception does not greet guests and they were not helpful with my booking since i did not book direct. The room was very small, bed needs updated, and carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful. Great location. Restaurant food limited menu but very nice. Best Sangria I've had. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service in Lisbon. Tonight I arrived to the Lisbon Golden Hotel restaurant with my little daughter who was exhausted after walking for several miles and asked for a table. Person in charge looked at us and just said kitchen was closed. I asked if we can stay and take some drinks and he said we need to abandon the place. I really do not understand reason behind discriminatory trea**ent of this person, but something I know is that will never return nor recommend this place.

Perfect location right in the middle of old town and close to all the major attractions! Nice, clean and quiet room despite being in a central location. Very friendly staff! What more could you ask for?! Highly recommend!

The one thing is that they need more plugs for electronics. I had to pull out the lamp to plug my devices in.

The cleaning in the room was terrible, the coffee machine was dirty since we arrived. the second day the hotel after 10 am had no water they informed us that the city was fixing a problem but they should have water for those contingency problems . The bathroom, they only put liquid soap, which is the soap and shampoo, which we arrived in was half full and they did not refill it during our stay, we didn’t like that

The room was very new and modern, and quiet. Staff was extremely courteous. Amazing location. This hotel is much better than anything else I saw in a similar price range (maybe since it's new?). A few small things to be improved: more power outlets and for some reason my shower water was cold...
