Interior of this hotel was amazing including outside pool area! Staffs were helpful and the hotel was located close to the metro. Only things were that the mattress and pillows was too soft for me so i did woke up with back and neck pain. I wish they provided free water bottles in the fridge but otherwise, everything was incredible!

The apartment is lovely and very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, I do have a few concerns. While the breakfast is good, the options remain the same every day, which can become monotonous after a while. In terms of the pool area, it's disappointing that a hotel of this size only provides four umbrellas, eight single beds, and four double beds. This is far from sufficient for the number of guests. Additionally, many guests leave towels on the chairs to reserve them for the entire day, despite a notice stating this is not allowed. Unfortunately, there is no staff supervision to enforce this rule. The same issue occurs with the policy that prohibits bringing food to the pool area—it's not properly enforced. Another point to consider is that the pool only gets partial sunlight during the day. The sun shifts from one half of the pool to the other, but it never fully illuminates the entire pool at once. Lastly, there is no complimentary housekeeping service. If you want your room cleaned, you have to pay an extra fee. Overall, the hotel is decent, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

Deeply disappointed by the management and overall experience at this hotel. Upon check-in at approx 2:30pm we were informed that our room would be ready by 4:00 PM as per the email we received and therefore expected. However, when we returned at 4:10 PM, we were told that someone was still occupying our room, forcing us to wait nearly an hour before we could finally access it. The next day, the situation deteriorated even further. Despite the hotel’s promises of a ‘one of a kind’ 4* stay, we were met with leaking walls in our room and rusty cutlery, among other issues. As for the hotel itself, while the design is indeed stunning, it’s clear the property is still very much under construction. Walls are being painted, guests must navigate around workmen, there are doors without locks, occasional banging, leaking air conditioning, and, to top it off, builders barging into the female bathroom while I was in the there. When we brought these issues to the attention of management, they suggested we switch rooms. However, we declined, given that: a) we had already wasted about an hour of our vacation providing feedback, and b) the fundamental problems with the hotel would persist regardless of which room we were in. We then suggested that if the hotel wanted to make our stay more comfortable, they could perhaps offer a form of compensation, such as a voucher for the restaurant, as we didn’t want to spend more time moving rooms - this suggestion did not go down well. In response, the manager not only dismissed our concerns but also shouted at us, implying (accusing) throughout that we were merely trying to get free things. To our disbelief, they suggested that we should leave the hotel if we were unhappy. The funny part of this accusation is that we had offered two times prior to this to pay for an upgrade. Having stayed in over 500 hotels worldwide from 1* to 5* this is the first time I have been asked to leave simply for raising valid concerns and questioning how the hotel planned to address them. It’s also the first time a hotel manager has nearly reduced me to tears & accused me of lying. In summary, while the hotel boasts beautiful interiors and good pizza it is in desperate need of proper management. If you’re looking for a hotel where building work is ongoing—think walls being painted, unsealed ceilings, loud banging at points throughout the day, maintenance workers invading your privacy in the bathroom, leaking air conditioning, damp walls, rusty kitchen wear, no locks on some doors and management that raises their voice at guests & accuses them of lying gying to get free things then this is the place for you. In about 8 months I think this hotel will be amazing but currently it is not 4* and although the majority of staff are lovely they have to iron out how they address issues, compensation and feedback ASAP.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 days. 1 or 2 nights is the maximum anyone should stay. So many issues, rooms look good but not practical in any way. No room cleaning which is not great when you are on holiday. Bins have to be put outside rooms, no clean towels…not good. My key card failed 5 out of the seven days, on one day I had to go to reception three times to sort out. Dishwasher didn’t work, told reception, they were very unbothered. Someone came the following day, “fixed” it but not for long as it stopped working straight after. Looks good but nothing under the surface. Would never stay here or at a Locke hotel again.

Hotel overbooked our room type (twin share) so ‘upgraded’ us to a room with a balcony but with just one queen sized bed. I was travelling with my 19 yr old son so we had booked twin beds for a reason. As a solution they jammed a single bed into the tiny room. We paid 10€ to check in early (check in is 4 pm) but most of this time was used by the hotel fixing up our room with the extra bed (but they didn’t waive the fee). The rooms look spacious and kind of luxurious in the pictures but they are tiny. They are modern and have facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher but do not provide a small amount of products to use with them. The staff are nice and friendly but I’d just prefer good service. I think this hotel is trying to be everything to everybody rather than just doing what a hotel does well.

What a gem in the centre of Lisbon! From the moment that we have arrived, every little aspect of our stay was perfect… from the friendly check-in, lounging at the poolside, getting advice what to visit and where to go out for dinner to super efficient check-out and care of our luggage after it. Can’t recommend!!!

A really nice hotel and the food was amazing! The pool area was a bit crowded but nice feature to the hotel!
