Clean but a bit noisy due to being on a main street (sound insulation is not good), within walking distance of the historical center, adjacent to a very nice large park. Overall good cost/benefit ratio.

Awesome hotel! 10 minutes walk to center of Lisbon. Close to everything including airport. Clean and modern. Perfect stay In Lisbon. Nice receptionist and staff. Value for money also guaranteed and buses and metro nearby even though taxis are cheap in Lisbon.

Loved the location and the staff are very helpful. Down side is only that there isn’t a place near by to get snacks or water at night or if you come in late.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Everyone is friendly from the receptionist staff, waiters and housekeepers. The breakfast was very good, and my room was very clean; even the TV remote has been sanitised and sealed. I was very impressed!

The location is very convenient for travellers and it is near restaurants and supermarket. The room is a bit small but clean. The breakfast is fine.

這個假冒三星酒店是個小旅館，我剛你去一看就不對勁，還給我安排了一個地下室的拐角房間，我拉着行李箱到前台要求退房，拒絕入住，前台女説已經過了免費退房的時候，不肯讓我退房，要求住一晚，第二天給我免費退房，我把8歐元的税現金退回來，退回房卡，沒入住。這個酒店一晚1000元。然後我馬上在攜程旅行網下單訂了里斯本萬豪酒店，離這個騙子旅館2.8公里的地方的連鎖酒店，當晚訂1300元一個晚上的萬豪酒店，發覺來對了，當晚直接聯繫攜程客服人員，要求退款，目前攜程客服還沒處理我的投訴。估計是 攜程旅行網被境外代理商騙了。

客房清潔弄丟了價值一千多英鎊的物品，並且酒店拒絕了賠償。除此之外，我沒有收到一句道歉，前台態度極其傲慢，一句抱歉都沒有。我給酒店發的郵件也沒有任何回覆。
