Coldest welcome i've ever received for checkin. Concierge more helpful and he parked our car into hotel garage. Overnite parking is 15 euros per day. Good breakfast..5 kin walk to metro station. Beds comfortable but windows are not sound proof- woken by ambulance/ police siren twice

Extremely bad service, we have reserved a room for 2 people but the receptionist insisted that we only reserved a room for a single person, even though we have double confirmed with the trip com that we have really booked a room for 2 people. The reception charged us for 12 euro and wasted us 2 hours! And thus delayed our trip and we cannot have enough time to travel around the city . We puzzled why the receptionist only keep saying that it's the duty of the reservation department but none of her business, she didn't confirm with her colleagues as well 😕. Although finally trip com said that they will contact the hotel and will refund to us if it's their fault, no one compensated us for the travelling time lost nor the trip.com or the hotel

This was an amazing hotel in Lisbon. Clean, well located and the staff super nice and willing to help. My experience in Portugal was awesome in a big part because of this hotel. Totally recommended!

It is a good place, close to metor stops and hop on off. Staff very friendly!!
We didn't get our spa treatments sadly, they would have helped with all thw walking

it's a ok hotel but pretty much nothing has been done past 20 years. Worst part of the stay was the constant noise. It was partly AC but even when I turned the AC off, there was about 50 dB all night. So it was pretty loud humming even with earplugs on. (50 dB is like sleeping next to a running dishwasher.) I could also hear people using light switches in other room. Hotel was clean and service was good, but it didn't help because the building is apparently made of thin cardboard and the AC equipment was made when there were still 5 members in Spice girls.

Location is great. 1 minute walk fo Metro station. It closes to all the luxury stores, fast food is nearby.
Hotel room is spacious,with a nice view of Liberty Ave. Hotel assigned us 2 rooms could link together which is very convenient. I really appreciate their arrangement. Bathroom is very clean and with all the supplies. Only wish if they provide a coffee machine instead of kettle. I believe it would be convenient to some travellers if they prefer making tea or cup noodles.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet was great and delicious.
I would definitely stay here again.
