酒店很不服 服務熱情 體驗良好

優點：房子在老城區，非常靠近海岸線，走過去10分鐘，周邊有很多歷史建築，推薦旅遊的朋友。 缺點：房間有點小，費了點勁安頓28寸的箱子 交通：從機場打車到酒店，神奇的是我每次都是打出租車，第一次40歐，早上從酒店去機場12歐，哈哈哈，感覺需要看司機人品，是否繞路，總體20分左右可以到達。

中心地にありとても便利です！ただお風呂場の排水溝が臭かったです…フロントの方はとても親切でした！

房間面積較小，旅行箱比較難鋪開來，隔音也比較差。 好巧前台小哥服務比較好，國內2星⭐酒店的水平～

My stay was great. Carlos and Cyril were amazing , always had suggestions for restaurants, transportations, sight seeing. I picked my seif accidentally and Carlos was helping me out at 7 am. Very friendly stuff, management and cleaning crew. The area is amazing, super close to everything. Lived my stay and will back! Thank you!

This hotel is a charming old building with lots of character. Location is excellent! In Chiado, near all the amazing restaurants, view points, walkable to all the beautiful sites in Baixa, easy to catch trams, buses, near the Metro, close to shopping. The breakfast is delicious! Service #1 everyone is kind, friendly, they even packed our breakfast when they knew we were checking out before breakfast times! The shower pressure is excellent, bathroom quite big compare to European standards. Its just 20 min away from the airport, we used Uber to travel to the airport, super affordable ride :10 € included tip, and arriving by train is very easy and short ride from Santa Apolonia Station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casual Belle Epoque. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and clean and we were close to Castello da Jorge, the lifts, the central square for the hop on & off buses. Beautiful hotel!

Alright place. Outdated. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3 at best. Room were ok, but sewer smell from bathroom early in the mornings. Cleaning staff tries to compensate by adding scents.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing - especially if this is your first time in Lisbon. The staff are friendly and the breakfast option generous (particularly if you have children!) We throughly enjoyed our time. Thank you.

Nice, comfortable hotel with a very gracias, helpful staff. Food was good, rooms were clean, showers larger than expected in Europe, prices reasonable. Could use a better stocked bar is all.
