Ulasan Stay Hotel Lisboa Centro Chiado

Superb location. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Baixa-Chiado metro station. They're also showing live EURO 2024 matches in their lobby area. Very clean hotel. Also near to many tram stops, including the legendary tram 28, the lesser known tram 12, both go through the Lisbon town showing many sights & sounds. Also near to tram 15 stop which brings you to the Belem Town / Belem Tower.

Location is great as it’s right next to the metro, and the room is very big. The negatives are the AC didn’t work and the room got really stuffy especially when trying to sleep. When I asked the front desk, they said they’ll turn on in 30min. When it didn’t happen I called again and they said a technician is working on it. In the end it didn’t come on and the next day I asked another receptionist and she said if it comes on it comes for the whole floor and the AC is off during winter… could have said that in the first place as I would have accepted it. Sink was also blocked and not a lot of amenities. I had to pay for slipper as the carpet was too dirty to walk on. I did ask for an early check in around a week prior which I arrived around 1:30pm but was told I would need to pay for an extra day if I was given a room, which i guess is fine given I was early but I’ve never been told this before at any other hotel.

Excellent location! Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops and the metro is just a few steps away. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The chocolates at the counter was always a treat for the kids. Room was spacious and clean. Recommended hotel!

Almost nothing for breakfast, what a shame! When you ask the staff they will bring something, like they don’t count the people for breakfast… Horrible

Hotel che, pur offrendo un'ottima posizione da cui visitare la città di Lisbona e pur avendo delle camere abbastanza confortevoli, si mostra alquanto ostile nel venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti, come è dimostrato dal fatto che, pur avendo io chiesto un rimborso parziale, per essere stata costretta a lasciare l'albergo per causa di forza maggiore (forte scossa di terremoto), non si sono degnati di fornire alcune risposta dando come unico responsabile il sito Trip.com con cui c'è chiaramente un accordo senza il quale non avrei potuto procedere, autonomamente dal loro sito personale, alla prenotazione effettuata. Molto scorretto il personale dell'albergo.

Hôtel agréable mais... Absence de parking et obligation de se garer dans des parkings payants à 40€ la nuit. Pas de place de parking disponible à l'extérieur, celles-ci étant réservées aux résidents. Enfin, l'isolation extérieure est mauvaise.

Muy buena ubicación. Buena relación calidad/precio. El tamaño de la habitación está muy bien. La cama es muy cómoda. Deberían de aislar mejor las ventanas porque había ruido exterior y no muy buen aislamiento térmico. Se echa en falta una caja de seguridad para dejar las cosas de valor en la habitación. El lavabo y la ducha están bien. La limpieza es diaria si se pide y es correcta. Muy acertado el tener a disposición hervidor de agua caliente e infusiones. También se agradece botella de agua de cortesía. El servicio muy atento. Todos hablan español muy correctamente y han ayudado y resuelto todo lo que se les ha pedido. Sin duda es una buena elección para volver a Lisboa por su ubiación, servicios, atención al cliente y relación calidad precio.

跟朋友一起來玩的這裏實際上住宿的條件比圖片拍的好一些。入住前台會問是否需要加早餐。早餐還不錯吧牛奶咖啡麪包果汁水果都有。

酒店位置位於旅遊區，很方便。雖然房間比較細，但裝修很新。唯一缺點很多amenities 都要付費，而且服務員説要到前台取，沒有送上房間的服務
