Good location, with easy metro connection to downtown and main tourist attractions. Nice and pleasant hotel. One thing I did not like is how dirty was the flooring the room.

Great location near train station. Just 2-3 mins away. There is a big mall there with all you needed. Also very near the coast area for a walk. Only con is the shower pressure abit low..

Good hotel with a very convenient location, basically next to the main train station. All the shampoo, body wash and lotions are from Rituals, which is good quality and definitely a plus. Breakfast was decent but nothing outstanding and pretty ordinary, though we later understood its quite common with other hotels in Portugal. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

4 star hotel, I found hair in the bedside table drawer. I had to call reception to ask for slippers, a toothbrush and a razor, there isn't a single cable to charge my cell phone...Breakfast was nothing special, very disappointed with the stay at this hotel, I don't recommend it. There are cheaper and better hotels around.

Excellent hotel. Spacious luxurious rooms and facilities. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful service. All together great!

The location is excellent, just 200 meters from the Oriental Railway Station, making it convenient for both the airport and the city. There's also a shopping mall diagonally across the street, complete with a supermarket. The room was new and well-equipped. Perhaps because I booked a relatively cheap room, I couldn't see the ocean; it was on the train station side. The breakfast was the best I've recently booked at similar-level European hotels, and quite plentiful. I noticed quite a few Chinese tourists, including many Chinese flight attendants, staying here, so I'd have liked some Chinese food. A few shortcomings: 1. The bathroom partition was poorly designed, causing shower water to splash everywhere. 2. The soundproofing on the glass and walls was excellent, but the door's was average.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Expo area. Across from the shopping center is a large supermarket, with restaurants upstairs. The newly renovated top floor has seen numerous new restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and come with sofa beds. While the facilities are a bit dated and lacking in some areas, they're not a major concern. If you're sensitive to noise, avoid rooms facing the train station, as it can be quite noisy.

The hotel is relatively close to the train station, but it was a bit difficult to walk there with a large suitcase because the small mosaics on the road caused a lot of resistance to the wheels. The breakfast was good and filling.

It is convenient to pick up the car at the airport, and there is a large shopping mall next to it for shopping and eating.

Excellent location, clean, quiet. Spectacular. Nice breakfast.
