Even though the hotel is not in the city centre of Lisbon, it is located near metro station- S.sebastiao which makes travelling to and from airport very simple. It is also near to parque metro station which makes day trip to sintra easy. I arrived before checked-in time and they stored my luggage for free and I could start exploring Lisboa immediately. The room comes with bidet.

I had a wonderful stay at FH Fénix Urban Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations – the rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, which made each morning even more enjoyable.  The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel is right next to AIMA, which is incredibly convenient if you have business there. The metro and bus stations are just a stone's throw away. Of course, in Lisbon, you can't avoid walking up and down hills. The room isn't large, and the decor is a bit dated, but it's very clean overall, and the beds are comfortable. It might be a bit small for a family, but it's perfect for a solo traveler.

Hotel was a great location with lots in the area. The hotel itself was quite nice, clean and a friendly team. Good facilities.

Great hotel , just of marques de Pombal. Immaculately clean, great full breakfast for €12.

Good hotel, clean rooms.

The room is reasonably clean. But the remote control of the air conditioner was out of order. We needed to turn on the air conditioner by ourselves. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were out of stock. We needed to buy them ourselves. The bed was very big.
