地理位置一般，雖説看似在中心，其實離什麼景點都不近，而且在山上。前台白人男服務員比較熱情友好。入住可以贈送5-7點品嚐酒，但這個點都在外面景點玩，趕不上品嚐。整體比較安全。

First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from *******). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped us on the luggage’s and walk us to the cab. I really like the hotel and stay!

We had such and amazing stay at Palácio Ludovice, starting from the reception and the bell boys, up to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The service was impeccable at all times, with discerning attention to detail. The location couldn’t be better, at Bairro Alto, close to the city’s main avenue (Liberdade) and with plenty excellent restaurants nearby. The only downside of my stay was we were allocated in room 101, pretty close to the reception, which could be noisy at times, but that didn’t impact our overall experience at the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Honestly the lack of attention that the staff gives to the customers is a little shocking given that this place advertises itself as a five star. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was spectacular, all the amenities you could ever want in a hotel. Location was perfect, had a view from our deluxe room of the castle which is lit up at night. Our room was big and beautiful, the hotel offers you 2 free glasses of port. Every night they leave delicious desserts and a small bottle of port or a local liquor. The breakfast was buffet style but you could order anything you wanted made to order. The bar is well appointed and our bartender Daniel makes a great Manhattan! Miguel the sommelier conducted a free wine tasting in the evenings and explained all about Portuguese wine regions, he also recommended wines to go with our meals. The chef makes the mini hamburgers I’ve ever had, I ate them two nights in a row! I would highly recommend this hotel.
