Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. 1. This is not a hotel, this is an old house, purchased by a hotel and renovated in Airbnb style. For top floors there's a luggage elevator (not for humans), for lower floor there's stairs. 2. We had the lower floor, basement where you can hear the metro and there are cockroaches. No proper windows, small room with bad smell. Hard to describe this smell but it's definitely unhealthy. 3. We got lucky because our flight was cancelled and we lost 2 nights in this "hotel". 1 night in this hotel was more than enough. Originally I booked 3 nights. 4. I tried to get a refund for 2 nights that we lost, since our flight was cancelled. Of course they didn't agree to refund, they care only about your money. Then I asked for an upgrade to the room because basement rooms are terrible. And they wanted me to pay extra for the other room. So I paid for 3 nights, slept only 1 night and they also wanted to charge me extra for a different room. 5. There is no reception in that building! In order to check in and out you have to go to their actual hotel LX Soho. Which is pretty close but if you have luggage it's a big pain. And if you need anything from the reception, there is no way to contact them. The only good thing about this place is that they have wifi. P.S. the towels are dirty.

Loved every single day there, the location was good the metro is literally not even a minute away, the breakfast was amazing, the service people were great we became friends with some. Overall the stay was absolutely fantastic. Thanks to the stuff.

Nice place

It was really close to metro. Room was very clean and as shown in the photos. Upper floors are not reachable by elevator unfortunately. Bed could have been larger.

Good localtion and friendly staff

The location is exceptional, with the metro station right outside the hotel. The only thing I don't recommend is staying here if you have any physical disabilities, as we, for example, stayed on the fourth floor without an elevator. However, the room is beautiful, although the bathroom smells awful because of the drains and the toilet. The staff was very pleasant. We were served by a terrible guy, and the cleaning staff were also lovely.

The hotel is located 15 minutes from the city center by metro and 30 minutes on foot, and the metro station is just 20 meters away, which is a big plus! Overall, the room was fine, not too noisy, and in a quiet area. The only downside was the musty, sewage smell that wafted into the room from the bathroom, but airing it out made it bearable. Also, the TV isn't a smart TV, and the channels didn't work!

Clean and very close to the metro, just a step away. The room is spacious and comfortable.
