Arrived late morning after a really early start from home. We were valklowed to check in to our room when we arrived. The welcome could not have been warmer and that was the theme the whole stay. Each time we came down for breakfast then suggestions could be made about places to visit that day - with maps and detailed explanations. Advised about tram services being disrupted that helped us navigate the confusion that many others were encountering. We were able to walk to almost every place we wished to visit - although not ”central” it's not far out from the centre and eating places etc. Could not fault any aspect - well recommended.

I stayed in this hotel one night in a superior room, arriving very late from the airport. When you enter the hall is impressive, very well conditioned and with an appealing modern style in furniture and decorations. The check in was fast and I had the luck to be welcomed by a very kind and available person, that explained me everything with no rush and patience. Porter service is available and very good one. I took a deluxe room, it was average, nice but not recently refurbished. Room service was very fast, but the quality of the food low. Checking out was not as smooth as the check in. The reception team being probably Sunday morning was a bit hasty and didn’t like to answer too many questions. Overall, it’s good for a night stop, but lacks of charm and service quality.

The location on top of one of the seven hills of Lisbon is superb. It is also next to a small view point . The suites we took were nice but very expensive . Breakfast has an arrangement which doesnt work . One is supposed to go into a pantry next to a long dining table and order breakfast . There is also outdoor seating . Every morning we had business meetings and had to be at our appointments by 10 am . The very first day we reached the dining room at 8 something and the staff member in the small kitchen said she would come soon. We reminded her again after 10 minutes . It took her 20 minutes just to come for our order. After that there was preparation time . Many of the other staff were not professionally trained though most were friendly. Another person at the Reception another day insisted that all tea was decaf !

My daughter and I had a wonderful five-night stay at this hotel. Beautifully turned out, from the welcoming and serene lobby to the charming bar/breakfast room/courtyard area to the thoughtfully designed, absolutely quiet bed- and bathrooms. But what really stands out is the service: warm, thoughtful, on top of everything. If there are two people at the front desk, one will be listening to your request while the other is madly typing away for information. Memorable setting on the Praca das Amoreiras. Very highly recommended.

We were a bit skeptical when we booked the place, but when we arrived was just perfect.
Location crazy convinient, easy check in and check out.
Just one issue we had was the hotel contact phone, on booking was a wrong number, and only after we checked Google maps we were able to contact the host.
All except that small issue was great, and exactly like pics

房間大小跟二十年前住過的莫泰168差不多，房間特別小，感覺進去都轉不過身，28寸的箱子顯得特別巨大。洗手間還比較寬敞，但1400一晚的價格確實很不值。
有marshall的藍牙音箱，房間隔音很好。
浴室衹有沐浴露和洗髮水，沒有護髮素，而且放浴巾的架子特別高，我1.6出頭的個夠不着。
服務很好，checkin的時候沒房間，房間好了以後行李就直接送房間了。
酒店位置特別好，在自由大道靠老城一頭，去哪裡也都方便。
早餐種類很少，沒太多選擇，比之前定的附近的酒店各方面都差不少，因為之前的酒店這幾天沒房了，所以搬過來的。

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices and fruits are fresh and delicious.
Room size was a bit small but comfortable and cozy.

KkthérèseThe river view room and toilet were small for one person so I’d image a couple would be uncomfortable here. The location is right in the heart of Alfama and a 10-15 minute walk to Chiado/Barrio Alto. I was excited to come and stay at this hotel after reading the reviews about how friendly the staff are, but I did not receive any welcoming or friendly service from any of the staff here. In fact, I felt unwelcome and almost as if I was bothering them when I spoke to them at the reception or asked first a simple request like water for my room. I previously stayed at Montebelo Vista Allegre hotel in Chiado and I would recommend this hotel instead. I wish I stayed there for the entirety of my trip.

VVincenzaLa camera è ampia con un 2 letti vicini grandi e comodi, il bagno con doccia è spazioso con asciugamani in dotazione morbidi e grandi.
La pulizia generale è molto buona, ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno pur non avendolo richiesto (scelta che ritengo però poco ecologica)
Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcune caffetterie (non abbiamo incluso la colazione) e ristoranti, la fermata dell'autobus per il centro è a pochissimi passi.
Il centro è comunque raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.
L'Hotel dispone di un parcheggio coperto al costo di €19,00 al giorno, assolutamente essenziale se si arriva in auto visto che non ci sono altri parcheggi nelle vicinanze.

AAndreI would book again but a bigger room. The installed not fully closing glass door to the bathroom/toilet will never be my favorite.
The reception is service oriented and welcoming. The cleaning staff should be instructed to communicate without yelling at 9.30am.
Location good. No view, but this is always an issue with small hotels in city center.
I would have expected more CR7 fan articles.

PPengguna TetamuVery large 1 bedroom apartment. Renovated and clean. Very close to everything the area offers. Things to be aware - address given was wrong. We ended up ringing a private home. They said that this has happened repeatedly, so it was not our fault 😅 - the building is next to tram 28. There are two stops, one each direction, one on uphill direction and one in downhill direction. Trams going in both directions can be heard from bedroom loudly. But, downhill going tram makes an extremely loud noise when it breaks for the tram stop (metal on metal screeching noise) Things can be improved - they did not unload the dishwasher from previous people, expecting that we did that. - shower head did not stay steady and slid all the down in about 10 seconds. Continuous battle with pulling it up. - there is shampoo and bath gel, although quality was pretty bad. But, no wash cloth for the gel. You may want to bring it or you may spend a lot of time to find one to buy. - although kitchen had dishes, glasses, pots, etc. It was not stocked with basics like tower, napkin, spices, etc. I would have expected better from a short term rental.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaBe careful with this hotel, in which service and facilities are wildly variable.
For our last night, one bath towel is missing for a room of double occupancy - a schoolboy error as they would call it - and when we requested the second one, the receptionist acted as if he were doing us a big favour. Then, on our last day, neither of our two room cards worked when we returned to the room 30 min before check out time - and because of receptionist shortage, it took us a good 15 min to get a replacement card - not a good thing for a hotel that brands itself for being chic and high tech.
The room controller, which is run by the TV system, as well as the lighting panel, are as dysfunctional as they get - one would have thought it should be a very simple thing to raise or lower the temperature through a quick flip of a switch, or a simple touch on dial. Instead, it is waiting for the TV to warm up, entering the room control panel, blah blah blah.
Note also a double bed at this hotel means two single beds slapped together. Not great if you have no wish to sleep atop a trench.
Our last night happens to be on a Friday, and the lobby practically turned into a dance floor with loud and cheap beats that went all the way to almost midnight and heard even on the highest floors.
No problem for being chic, but being chic is very different from being dysfunctional and uncomfy. A shame, as the location is excellent, some of the staff were nice and helpful, and some of the decor are clever.

PPQ15The host didn't email the door code to me and there was no one answering the doorbell for the first three times my friends and I tried when it's raining heavily outside that day. I called the owner and they said they would open the door but they didn't and I had to call another time so that they would actually give us the door code to get into the building.
The environment around the stay is very dirty, the road is full with dog poops everyday since morning and it smells very bad.
My belonging is missing in the apartment when I'm very sure that it was still in the bathroom before we left the room. I'm not sure if the cleaner broke it or something else, but I asked them and they say there's nothing they can do about it. I don't mind if they broke it i just want an explanation about why is it missing and they just ignored me, instead they just say they couldn't find the item.
The cleaner cleans the room everyday, the room is clean and is a nice place to sleep overall.

PPengguna TetamuI really enjoyed our staying in lisbon apartment.The best thing:There is no reception,you have entrance code to come inside building and room.The room is super super clean.The cleaning service and virtual reception was really good and fast.For us everything was enough beacause we spent all our time to visit lisbon and around.Hotel is near the airport and 15 min driving to the centro.We had our car,there is parking space around but you have to pay.At keast I will choose this brand again to visit lisbon.

PPengguna TetamuWij hebben hier overnacht tijdens ons jaarlijks team uitje. Wij hadden diverse appartementen in het complex en ze zagen er stuk voor stuk goed uit. Wij hadden wat problemen met het inchecken en werden direct geholpen door de interieur verzorgster. Samen met iemand van het complex was het zo geregeld. Ons appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Wasmachine, vaatwasser, magnetron, broodrooster etc. De appartementen liggen niet minden in het centrum en in het mooiste gedeelte van Lissabon maar met de taxi, uber of het OV ben je zo overal. Wij hebben hier een goed verblijf gehad.
