Hotel 3 Bintang di Lisbon

The staff is very nice. I dislike that the cleaning crew changes all the towers daily, even when I say no The huge price rise since last year in unexplainable. The location is the same, the building has water infiltrations(today rained a bit and the breakfast room had 3 buckets for the water plus 2 more in the reception). The breakfast is decent, comparable with a 50€ hotel I use in the same city. Won't stay here again until the price gets reasonable.

I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. The staff are very polite, hotel location is prime and easy to find. The cafeteria and bar area is really pleasant and gives good vibes! I would like to highlight an incident, that actually motivated me to write this review. I had bad experience in Lisbon with one of the local taxi company. The hotel staff Andrea, who also sits on reception desk during noon time, helped us to the core and gave us peace of mind. She is not only a good hotel staff, but also a better human. If I visit Lisbon again, needless to say, this will be my first choice!

Hotel blisko przystanku metra i autobusowego, dobrze skomunikowany. Pokój czysty, pościel i ręczniki regularnie zmieniane. Dobre miejsce do spania podczas zwiedzania Lizbony.

We had a comfortable stay, the apartment itself was stunning and well equipped - kettle, cooking things, fridge, freezer, washer. Check in process was seamless, no staff - all done digitally but easy to follow. I liked the fact you have codes and not keys, removed the risk of losing the keys! The only negative is the street at night is very very loud and in Bengal town and therefore as females we found it quite intimidating at times as there was groups of men lining the street. Location is ideal however and short walk to stations for links around Lisbon!

Fabulous location, right by the airport. Clean and nice hotel. Great staff! Dinner in their restaurant was very good. The price was good for that location. We had to leave at 4am, so we missed the breakfast; they offered to make us a box, but we learned it was like juice and an apple, so we said no thanks. They have a shuttle to the airport, but we just walked. Negatives: The room was quite small. Parking was a bit difficult.

The location is very convenient for travellers and it is near restaurants and supermarket. The room is a bit small but clean. The breakfast is fine.

Очень хороший отель за свои деньги! Рядом с метро, верхние этажи после реновации, если вам повезет и вас поселят на них, то будет номер уровня парк инн с новым кондиционером, большими окнами и удобной кроватью. Есть завтрак за доплату 8.5 евро-выбор на завтраке приличный. Если что то заканчивалось, то я просил принести новую порцию и это всегда работало 😊

We stayed in Portugal at the hotel in September. The company we reserved through made and error and they did not send our reservation. The two companies worked out everything and the hotel staff was very accomodating. The day we checked out our airlines flights got screwed up. We needed a place to hang with good WIFI to rebook and straighten things out. Again the staff was excellent taking care of us. We had a midnight departure so we didn't stay the extra night, We will definately be back next year. Great time in Portugal.

This hotel inspired me to join Tripadvisor. Hopefully this will help others gain accountability. For room 401: 1) We were charged twice for the city tax. We paid in cash on 8/27, and then were charged by credit card on 8/28. 2) The air conditioner unit was not functioning. We contacted the front desk and were told it was centrally controlled but having 'issues'. After that it would turn on, but turned back off after 90s due to ‘error code’, and then would beep continuously. It literally beeped all night long. 3) The shower did not work. Only 10% of the water would reach the shower head and the rest came out the faucet into the tub. 4) The shower soap dispenser was broken and would not release soap. 5) The shower fan was broken and would not turn on. The switch instead induced the bathroom light to enter strobe/disco mode. That was mildly entertaining and moderately seizure inducing. Pros: -great location for strolling -lovely suite set-up; two single beds and separate room for our kids -refrigerator and hot water heater would mean you could bring your own coffee/tea -wi-fi works -front desk helped with calling our taxi
