Hotel dengan WiFi di Lisbon

IHG can be very irritating. When you book, the web site doesn't tell you about the ongoing lobby refurb, which must be taking the most amount of time ever for the least work done. Just before you arrive, you then get the ”hey we're doing a refurb email”. Very disingenuous and IHG could do better. The nice thing about this hotel is the lovely staff. Friendly and painless early check in when we were expecting to have to leave the bags. 9th floor rooms that are acceptable, but tired and really nothing special. However the mattress was comfy, the shower fiesty, and there were plenty of electrical outlets and charging points. The squeaky wooden floors need to go, and the air con could do with modernisation. Diamond status got me free breakfast, and the beaming smiles of the breakfast staff lift you for the day, even if the quite reasonable breakfast is served in a soulless underground prison cell WITH NO LIFT to get down there, a 0/10 if you have a disability. The public areas are a 1970s disaster. Space is limited, but a huge amount is given over to a tired ”garden feature” which needs to go. Lobby seating is limited and needs a redesign - somone let a designer loose on it who had no real practical experience of comfort or usage. Hotel wifi is old. It constantly logs you out if you're not active and requires you to reconnect. The hotel is well situated even if some distance from the sights. Entrecampos station ia a five minute walk, as is Campo Pequeno with the metro. There's always taxis at the front of the hotel. In the local area there's a supermarket, pharmacy, and several restaurants within a few minutes. I'd recommend the Chinese Huang He which has a buffet every night, with a superb selection of value for money dishes.

Loved the room - spacious and the bed was really big. Room was also clean - though the shower screen had some issues and water kept spilling on to the floor. Amenities and facilities were also great - rooftop bar and pool should stay open later than 6pm!

The staff is very nice. I dislike that the cleaning crew changes all the towers daily, even when I say no The huge price rise since last year in unexplainable. The location is the same, the building has water infiltrations(today rained a bit and the breakfast room had 3 buckets for the water plus 2 more in the reception). The breakfast is decent, comparable with a 50€ hotel I use in the same city. Won't stay here again until the price gets reasonable.

Hotel situado en la Avenida da Liberdade, en la parte de más arriba. Para llegar al centro de Lisboa un paseíto andando de unos 20 min por toda la avenida. Solo utilizamos el Hotel para dormir, así que los demás servicios no hemos utilizado. El parking está bien, pero es caro. 25 euros por día. El fin de semana se aparca gratis por la parte de atrás del hotel, pero entre semana lo tuvimos que dejar en el parking. El agua de la ducha con poca fuerza. Lo demás OK.

We highly recommend Sheraton Lisboa! Everything about our stay was 5 Stars!! The front desk staff was very pleasant when we arrived. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite with our Suite Nights and it was fantastic. Our room was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. The bathroom was huge and everything looked brand new. The bed was the best and we slept well. The lobby lounge was staffed very well and the happy hour food and drinks were really good. The lady singing during cocktail hour was really good. The morning breakfast buffet was huge and tended to very well. Overall every staff person was very friendly and professional. Kudos to the management of this hotel for providing us exceptional accomodations in beautiful Lisbon.

I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. The staff are very polite, hotel location is prime and easy to find. The cafeteria and bar area is really pleasant and gives good vibes! I would like to highlight an incident, that actually motivated me to write this review. I had bad experience in Lisbon with one of the local taxi company. The hotel staff Andrea, who also sits on reception desk during noon time, helped us to the core and gave us peace of mind. She is not only a good hotel staff, but also a better human. If I visit Lisbon again, needless to say, this will be my first choice!

This hotel has very helpful and courteous staff. My room was comfortable, with French doors that opened to let the fresh air in. The restaurant downstairs served a BEAUTIFUL dinner, with a scrumptious dessert and nice wine. Highly recommend dining there during your stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by Hotel Lisboa and would definitely recommend it. It's located steps away from Avenida da Liberdade. Very convenient with an eye-pleasing walk down to the main square or over to the Parque Eduardo VII. It was sparkling clean. We couldn't have been happier. We had two rooms, one with a king bed and a pullout in the other room, which my friend said was very comfortable. Large windows that opened to let in fresh air and ambient street sounds. The breakfast buffet had a bit of everything with eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, seeds and coffee. Across the street is a mini-mercado and a delicious restaurant called Honest Greens. Would recommend it too, especially if you're veg. Would stay here again.

Hotel yang saya sangat suka. Saya tiba di Portugal pada hentian pertama dan tiba lewat malam. Sambutan hotel sangat mesra dan mesra, dan bilik yang saya berikan agak memuaskan. Yang paling memuaskan ialah kanak-kanak berumur 7 tahun boleh menginap secara percuma, dan terdapat sarapan percuma. Bilik sarapan adalah tenang dan sarapan paginya sangat mewah. Bersama anak-anak selama lima hari, sarapan pagi sangat memuaskan. Pelayan juga akan berbual dengan kami. Lokasinya juga baik, agak di pusat bandar, anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Liberty Avenue.

Since I chose this hotel for its price and its closeness to the airport, I was surprised at how swank it was. However, when I went to print my boarding pass, I couldn't get the printer to work. After some struggle, I asked a nice young lady at the desk and she said that the printer hookup didn't work and used her own printer to print it off for me. That gives a sense of how nice and professional the desk workers were. However, I wish that someone had put up a sign saying that the printer was down so that I would not have wasted so much time. Also, my room did not have enough toilet paper, I enjoyed the coffee maker in the room once I realized that I had to stick my doorkey (card) in a slot by the door in order to have any electricity. The room had USB ports so I did not have to use a converter to charge my phone, The room was clean and attractive and all the rooms seem to have a balcony. Mine looked out on the rotary and a gas station. The food was fabulous. The goat cheese salad and the watermelon gazpacho were amazing. The breakfast buffet consisted of hot dishes,cheeses, cold cuts, cut up fresh fruits and a whole shelf of pastry. I would come back!
