One of the most customer friendly staff I she experienced in my travels. Nuno from the guest relations team was extremely helpful. From suggesting the best restaurants and always ready to assist in any way possible. The breakfast was lavish. Some of the staff in the restaurant have trouble with English, but Google translate can easily take care of that problem! Room service was prompt and housekeeping exemplary!!

Everything's is good, but hotel eletricity Brocken during evening. The wifi not work anymore. It is my second time to stay this hotel, Last time was perfect, but this time is disappointed.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in Lisbon. It is conveniently located within walking distance to two Metro stations and busses. Several good restaurants nearby. The concierge staff was amazingly friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance with anything. They always greeted us coming and going. The rooms were clean and met all our needs. Clean and sufficient. The balcony was an added bonus, where we could drink our coffee in the sun each day. The breakfast had lots of options available. There were hot choices (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hard boiled eggs, toast, etc), and many continental options. The staff in the breakfast area is friendly, clean and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Lisbon.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat mengagumkan. Di Liberty Avenue, Loewe berada di tingkat pertama lobi. Mewah untuk berjalan sepanjang jalan, yang bagus untuk gadis yang suka membeli. We highly recommend Sheraton Lisboa! Everything about our stay was 5 Stars!! The front desk staff was very pleasant when we arrived. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite with our Suite Nights and it was fantastic. Our room was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. The bathroom was huge and everything looked brand new. The bed was the best and we slept well. The lobby lounge was staffed very well and the happy hour food and drinks were really good. The lady singing during cocktail hour was really good. The morning breakfast buffet was huge and tended to very well. Overall every staff person was very friendly and professional. Kudos to the management of this hotel for providing us exceptional accomodations in beautiful Lisbon.

Since I chose this hotel for its price and its closeness to the airport, I was surprised at how swank it was. However, when I went to print my boarding pass, I couldn't get the printer to work. After some struggle, I asked a nice young lady at the desk and she said that the printer hookup didn't work and used her own printer to print it off for me. That gives a sense of how nice and professional the desk workers were. However, I wish that someone had put up a sign saying that the printer was down so that I would not have wasted so much time. Also, my room did not have enough toilet paper, I enjoyed the coffee maker in the room once I realized that I had to stick my doorkey (card) in a slot by the door in order to have any electricity. The room had USB ports so I did not have to use a converter to charge my phone, The room was clean and attractive and all the rooms seem to have a balcony. Mine looked out on the rotary and a gas station. The food was fabulous. The goat cheese salad and the watermelon gazpacho were amazing. The breakfast buffet consisted of hot dishes,cheeses, cold cuts, cut up fresh fruits and a whole shelf of pastry. I would come back!

The best location ever! Their pool is also Devine - such amazing views!! I would only ask that perhaps during winter they provide more sun beds are it was fully packed.

The hotel is nice, well located near a huge mall (Amoreiras). Rooma are large, breakfast is good. Reception people were nice . We had one dinner in the hotel and it was a bad experience - we received the main course after an hour and 45 minutes, most of my group members gave up and left before and the veal steak we got was overcooked. It is a 5* hotel with no character at all.

Would recommend Portobay Liberdade to couples and groups of Friends. The hotel is tastefully decorated and very relaxing. All staff were excellent, extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast was of excellent quality and great choice.
