衞生：挺好的，全季開到六盤水了，拉高酒店品質，定價也趕上上海了，但是服務需要加強，正常12點的時候都會有退房電話，我一直留意電話，想延遲退房到兩點，但是沒接到電話，我也就沒管了。心想莫非是因為新開的，所以不催退房，還挺好的。兩點過下樓，前台直接叫我付230的超時費，沒有任何提醒，前台説打過電話，但我根本沒聽到電話響，可能是個意外吧。

之前每次來都住錦欣酒店，後來看到對麪有新開的美玲，就定了美玲。先說優點：1.地理位置非常方便，萬達旁，吃的玩的都很豐富。2.酒店很新，這是我選擇酒店很重要的因素。3.裝修、設施完善，整體風格很像holiday inn。4.停車方便，有很大一個自用停車場。5.有自助洗衣服務，洗衣機烘乾機都很新，出差黨非常方便。 再說下欠缺的，也是很影響入住體驗的：1.餐廳餐具衛生問題有待提高。第一次來，發現接水的杯子拿了幾個不是髒的，最後跟服務員要了一次性杯子。第二次入住，又發現放餐桌上的筷子粘手。衛生問題是最重要的問題，如果不改進，真的會對你們酒店生意產生很大影響。2.房間內放的所謂防滑拖鞋，衹是實現了鞋和地麪的防滑，腳和鞋之間卻非常滑，外加底比較硬，走路非常不跟腳，跟前台要塑料拖鞋也沒有。第一次入住就給樓層服務員反應后更換了一次性拖鞋舒服多了。3.早餐的確味道太差，上一次太閑，這一次什麼味道都沒有，既不閑也不香。總結，餐飲和餐飲衛生問題急需改進，其他都挺好的，希望美玲酒店越辦越好
