之前每次來都住錦欣酒店，後來看到對麪有新開的美玲，就定了美玲。先說優點：1.地理位置非常方便，萬達旁，吃的玩的都很豐富。2.酒店很新，這是我選擇酒店很重要的因素。3.裝修、設施完善，整體風格很像holiday inn。4.停車方便，有很大一個自用停車場。5.有自助洗衣服務，洗衣機烘乾機都很新，出差黨非常方便。 再說下欠缺的，也是很影響入住體驗的：1.餐廳餐具衛生問題有待提高。第一次來，發現接水的杯子拿了幾個不是髒的，最後跟服務員要了一次性杯子。第二次入住，又發現放餐桌上的筷子粘手。衛生問題是最重要的問題，如果不改進，真的會對你們酒店生意產生很大影響。2.房間內放的所謂防滑拖鞋，衹是實現了鞋和地麪的防滑，腳和鞋之間卻非常滑，外加底比較硬，走路非常不跟腳，跟前台要塑料拖鞋也沒有。第一次入住就給樓層服務員反應后更換了一次性拖鞋舒服多了。3.早餐的確味道太差，上一次太閑，這一次什麼味道都沒有，既不閑也不香。總結，餐飲和餐飲衛生問題急需改進，其他都挺好的，希望美玲酒店越辦越好

這家全季是今年剛開張比較新，但也沒有異味，訂的豪華房挺大的，乾淨衞生，每天都送幾瓶水，對於外出遊玩的是最好不過了，都不用買水了，早餐也不錯，有地方特色的羊肉粉，前台服務熱情，酒店地理位置挺好，去哪都方便，值得推薦！

房間設施很新，有閲讀室、健身房和洗衣烘乾設備，在經濟型酒店裡算是硬件較齊全的了。 升級了面對小區有窗的房間，難以設想裝飾窗的房間在走廊過道會不會憋氣或者裝修氣味去不掉，畢竟剛開業。 房間空間設計合理，衞浴洗手盤分離很贊，床上用品很舒適。 此外説説不滿意的地方。一是早餐，花樣很少，而且説是供應到10:30，但早上9:30到雞蛋已沒有，大多數的盤中空空盪盪，僅剩一點點吃食，問阿姨回答説不再添加。此外第一天早上跟阿姨建議説青菜能不能不放辣椒，阿姨説是豆豉炒的不辣，結果第二天早上硬是成了辣椒🌶️炒青菜，對南方來不吃辣的人很不友好。二是洗衣設施，僅有一套，往往等不到別人洗完用完就夜了，衹好在房間自己手洗了了事。建議老闆再添置多一兩套設備。
