The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but its cleanliness was acceptable. Located by the Liuyang River, the environment is beautiful and convenient. The bell staff and front desk were great, proactively helping with luggage. However, room service was a bit disappointing; they even seemed reluctant to provide disposable bathtub bags. Overall, I was satisfied.

It's arguably one of the best hotels in a small city like Liuyang. Located right by the Liuyang River, it offers pleasant views, and the service is quite good. However, for some reason, on such a hot day, the restaurant's air conditioning either wasn't on or was broken, and I found myself sweating buckets over breakfast. Furthermore, for a supposed five-star hotel, the breakfast variety was surprisingly limited and didn't align with its star rating.

The hotel is beautifully located right by the Liuyang River, providing a fantastic, relaxing atmosphere. It truly lives up to its star rating; the service was impeccable across the board. It was a hit with both seniors and children. Getting around was also very convenient, and the room facilities and amenities all met the high standards expected of a star-rated hotel.

Decided on a whim to visit Liuyang for the fireworks. Seeing it was ranked second among luxury hotels on Ctrip, I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located right by the Liuyang River, and from the room's balcony, you can see the entire river. In the evening, fireworks are set off along the river, which was a beautiful sight. While the hotel room had a slightly dated feel, it was impeccably clean. The only minor drawback was the bathroom layout; the toilet and sink were too close, making it quite cramped to wash your face. Also, no hair conditioner was provided among the toiletries, which I hope they can improve. During both check-in and check-out, the bellhops were very helpful and enthusiastically assisted with luggage. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home.

The hotel boasts a superb location, right by the Liuyang River, offering an excellent vantage point to experience the fireworks display up close. Check-in was a breeze. A special thank you goes to the night shift staff; they were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to our needs, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and providing thoughtful, considerate service. The location is excellent, right across from the Liuyang River. The rooms are well-appointed, and the service was superb. The breakfast spread could use a bit more variety, though.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony offered fantastic views overlooking the Liuyang River. The hotel's service was a pleasant surprise, even surpassing the standards you'd find in some first-tier cities.

I've stayed here multiple times, and this visit, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room. They also provided a thoughtful touch of local snacks and fresh fruit. Breakfast offered a fantastic spread with a wide variety of options. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor serves truly delicious food, and both the ambiance and service there are exceptional. Their General's Duck, Snowflake Meatballs, specialty stir-fried snails, and lamb vermicelli, among other dishes, are all incredibly flavorful. It's wonderful to be able to watch the fireworks by the Liuyang River at 8 PM. It makes for a perfect weekend getaway to indulge in great food and a romantic atmosphere. Yin Tian truly is our unparalleled choice whenever we're in Liuyang.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was sparkling clean. A free breakfast was included, and parking was also very convenient.

This is a serious review. With several new star-rated hotels opening in Liuyang soon, you really need to pay attention to this. 1. The front desk's service attitude is absolutely appalling – truly terrible! The young woman at the front desk last night at 9:42 PM requires immediate retraining! Otherwise, she'd be better suited for a security position. Put the right person in the right role! 2. Is your hotel management completely incompetent, or just utterly out of touch? How could you turn off the air conditioning after 4 PM on such a hot day?! In a room with no proper air circulation, where the window can only be opened a tiny crack! With the room temperature at 31 degrees Celsius, are guests paying over 500 RMB just coming here to build character?

I visited Liuyang specifically for the fireworks display on the fifth day of the ***** New Year and chose the Yintian Hotel, which is listed as Ctrip's top luxury hotel. It's clearly an established five-star property. We noticed several wedding parties, indicating it's a popular venue. While it's a luxury hotel in a county town, it naturally can't be compared to those in major cities. Still, it's quite good. The breakfast spread was generous, and the Liuyang River is right on its doorstep. That's a big plus. The facilities do show their age a bit, but the location is superb.

We booked this hotel for Chinese New Year specifically to enjoy fireworks, as Liuyang allows them year-round. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right across the street from the famous Liuyang River. The British-style room was very spacious. It's not to say the staff weren't trying, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed or flustered, likely due to the Chinese New Year holiday. This is certainly an area that could be improved. Overall, it was alright.
