先説缺點，衞生間反味太嚴重，臭啊…… 除去這個，真的是非常不錯的一個酒店，地理位置極佳，周圍各種餐飲店鋪，下樓就是五星街，離風情港也很近。房間內設施也不錯，床墊和枕頭舒服，床品乾淨，服務員都熱情友善。就是前面提到的衞生間地漏反味，算是最大的黑點。網上有專門的防反味地漏，店方去採購點啊，不要把這麼好的一副牌打壞了

到店第一感覺非常好，前台説給我升級了房間，當時非常開心，但一上到房間，打開窗簾看到的就是臟臟的垃圾小站（還説給我升級了），我立刻反映給前台要求換房，服務員雖然第一時間給我換了，我訂了2間的，當我換了樓層，我也提出讓寶寶和長者家換到跟我同一樓層，服務員當時也是應允了，但我到了換給我的房間後，服務員又説不肯定能給寶寶和長者家換上來，而我已經通知了收拾行李上來了，商討了一番，最後我提出可以等房間打掃出來，服務員還讓我補清潔費（前後沒有15分鐘，長者家可能就在房間躺了一下，具體情況我沒下去看，我也是聽我家人講的（躺了一下這個情況），我又講了一番，最後才沒有收取我的清潔費，也給我把2個房間換到了同一樓層。房間衞生情況真的非常一般，桌子都是我自己拿紙巾重新擦了一遍，塵多，衞生間也是，自己直接動手先擦乾淨，值得讚的是後續的服務態度還是很好的
