設施很新，房間蠻漂亮的，前台小姐姐和早餐阿姨人都特別熱情，但是衞生方面非常非常離譜，建議換個保潔阿姨。第一個房間被子一個是濕的，一個床單根本沒換，和前台溝通後很快給我們換了房間。當時太晚了，早上起來時發現枕頭上有男性短髮（我們都是長髮女孩子），其中一張床的床單應該是沒換的，沒睡到的那一邊有黃色的油脂物和皮屑。洗手間的水池卡着不明捲曲毛髮，看着真的很崩潰。真的建議換一個保潔阿姨，其他的五星都是給前台的積極響應和酒店地理位置的。

到店第一感覺非常好，前台説給我升級了房間，當時非常開心，但一上到房間，打開窗簾看到的就是臟臟的垃圾小站（還説給我升級了），我立刻反映給前台要求換房，服務員雖然第一時間給我換了，我訂了2間的，當我換了樓層，我也提出讓寶寶和長者家換到跟我同一樓層，服務員當時也是應允了，但我到了換給我的房間後，服務員又説不肯定能給寶寶和長者家換上來，而我已經通知了收拾行李上來了，商討了一番，最後我提出可以等房間打掃出來，服務員還讓我補清潔費（前後沒有15分鐘，長者家可能就在房間躺了一下，具體情況我沒下去看，我也是聽我家人講的（躺了一下這個情況），我又講了一番，最後才沒有收取我的清潔費，也給我把2個房間換到了同一樓層。房間衞生情況真的非常一般，桌子都是我自己拿紙巾重新擦了一遍，塵多，衞生間也是，自己直接動手先擦乾淨，值得讚的是後續的服務態度還是很好的
