五菱酒店是個園林式酒店，有花園水榭，有鳥語花香，全天不出門，小院裏轉轉就很好，躺在房間裏也很舒服，滿目南窗皆桂枝啊！
園內有樹高几十丈的白蘭花、有樹冠數百平的大榕樹、有枝椏綴滿花的紫荊，巧遇園丁修枝，於是我的房間內有了一束紫荊插花。
酒店服務人員都很友好，餐廳伙食不錯，有自助洗衣機、烘乾機，有露天晾衣台，整體裝修風格是我很喜歡的中國範，房間整潔，設施齊全。
周邊公交便捷，2元可以帶我到很多的地方，中間倒個公交，4元就基本可以到達柳州絕大部分景區。對了，這離火車站很近，離機場巴士站也不遠。
周邊各類小吃店齊全，便宜又好吃，手藝人均米其林。還有五菱小卡水果攤，價格比我家這邊便宜好幾倍，我背了10斤上好百花果回來，每斤4.8元。

300米高空景色一流，全景落地窗，衞生服務都是一流，就是有兩個小建議。1.衞生間的所不能反鎖;2.地下停車場第一次去很不好找，因為負一層酒店周邊都是滿的，但負二層很空，應該在地庫入口處和地下停車場詳細指示，直接引導去負二層，右轉就到了！

這家酒店真的挺失望。
第一，他叫五星步行街店，但實際離步行街還有1.5公里，要過江，那些評論還説離五星步行街很近，柳州統共沒多大，這就不算近了。
第二，進去床單明顯不乾淨，要求換床單結果等了很久説沒有這個大小的床單了，衹能換房間，又重新收拾行李
第三，最離譜的，被告知晚上八點後才有熱水！結果到九點都沒來，九點半左右才有熱水，已經進去洗了，差點感冒。第二天一早也只有温的水，真的這是城市啊，很久沒遇到沒有24小時熱水的情況了，唉！

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

酒店特別不錯，大堂有香薰，辦入住的時候就感覺很舒服。房間裏有單獨的會客區/品茶區，有一個單獨升起來的地方，裝修很獨特，以後自己裝修可以也參考這種模式。唯一不足的是Wi-Fi有點慢，不過春節期間人比較多，也不是什麼大問題。綜合來説是完全能給到五星的程度。

BBeth27What an absolutely unique and delightful property! It was a pleasure to stay here and experience a bit of history. These buildings have been carefully and lovingly restored through the efforts of the property owner and a dedicated architect—both men were at the homestay during my visit, which was a treat. Comfy bed, delicious food, lovely and attentive staff—if you need anything, just ask. I enjoyed just wandering around and getting lost in the village. Oh yes, I do not speak Chinese and traveled alone, but the owner speaks perfect English and contacted me in advance of my stay. He added me on WeChat and was hugely supportive in getting me to Chengyang and Lost World from Longji area. The staff were ready with Baidu translator so communication was a breeze.

PPengguna TetamuThe first time I came to Liuzhou, my experience in this capsule hotel was great, the service attitude was very considerate, the customer service sister was enthusiastic, and I received a phone call before I got off the high-speed train, and I would kindly tell you how to take transportation to the capsule hotel from the high-speed train station, and add wechat to make travel suggestions. The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. Convenient transportation, Qingyun Market, five-star Pedestrian Street, Liuzhou Museum are very close, easy to travel. Recommended

RRenshuo LiuThe experience in this Hotel was excellent, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, the room was clean and tidy, the cups and covers were very comfortable. The hotel also gave us a complimentary breakfast. After so many years of traveling out, this would be one of the most comforting hotels for me. There is also a chance to experience the smart robot water and food delivery service. This hotel is really a treasure found on this. If there was no fixed date for the following trips, we would rather stay here more days.

TTraveller from JakartaHotel Wanda Realm Liuzhou is a 5-star Hotel located adjacent to Wanda Plaza Liuzhou, so you can get everything very easily without hassle. The hotel lobby is grande, the facilities is complete and in good condition, and my room is very clean. The buffet restaurant menu is also nice with a very reasonable price. In addition, the front desk staffs and the bell boy are very kind and polite, eventhough with a very limited English. It was a very pleasant stay in Wanda Realm Liuzhou.
The hotel is located in New City, but still within 10-15 min driving to the Old City, where most of the Tourist Attraction located.

PPamela StanfordI 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

位置：位於保利國際中心，樓下就是網紅的螺螄粉店，距離高鐵站和五星街以及水上噴泉都不遠，打車很便利；
吃：酒店的早餐廳品種豐富，還有廣西當地的油茶和荔浦芋頭，餐廳的座位也能看到江景
住：位於柳州第二高樓保利國際中心，房間是極簡風格，大開間有浴缸，頂級江景，十分漂亮；
服務：員工服務主動熱情，傾聽客户心聲，會為客户考慮；
推薦指數：擁有柳州第一流的江景，絕對值得一住，你不會後悔！！！！！！
雖然入住時有瑕疵，但是得到了酒店湯經理的妥善處理，感受到了凱悦酒店的熱情待客之道，滿意的一次旅行！

HHannah20180The Chinese style breakfast was really good and plentiful. The room was clean and large, with a little couch to sit on. I enjoyed having a table I could sit and work at. Bed was comfortable. Overall very clean and great hotel, especially for the price. The only problem during my stay was the elevator was broken when I arrived. Apparently the staff had repairmen there trying to fix it all day. By the next day it was fixed, but that evening they arranged a room for me on the fifth floor and helped me carry my luggage up. The elevator breaking seemed like a one off occurrence.

Staff is friendly, generous, and kind. They were happy to have me as a foreigner which I really appreciated.
