酒店位置很好找，就在五星街旁，鬧中取靜步行5分鐘就可以到五星街了。入住當天進到酒店大堂，工作人員很熱情，幫忙提行李，介紹房型，知道我跟孩子來還贈送了一次性小童拖鞋和牙刷！房間乾淨整潔，床很軟很舒服，整個房間很明亮寬敞，設計風格我真的太喜歡了。酒店還有洗衣房烘乾機對於夏天勤換衣服的我來説就是福音。朋友還要來柳州一定推薦這家

Front desk was friendly and attentive. The room was larger than I expected and almost felt like a suite. The bed was comfortable and large and the bathroom facilities were clean and all functioning well. One small problem was the lack any electrical outlets near the bed, so I had to unplug the lamp to be able to charge my computer and phone. This was not a big deal but something that could perhaps be changed to make things a bit easier. Overall it was a great value for the price and it was located right near the main walking streets, so I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Chinese style breakfast was really good and plentiful. The room was clean and large, with a little couch to sit on. I enjoyed having a table I could sit and work at. Bed was comfortable. Overall very clean and great hotel, especially for the price. The only problem during my stay was the elevator was broken when I arrived. Apparently the staff had repairmen there trying to fix it all day. By the next day it was fixed, but that evening they arranged a room for me on the fifth floor and helped me carry my luggage up. The elevator breaking seemed like a one off occurrence.

房間不錯，登記入住時候前台工作人員態度也不錯。。。但怪我來錯日子了吧，一來到就看到長長的車流，在地下車庫辛辛苦苦找到個停車位，來到電梯大排長龍，，應該是碰上某個團隊過來吧，花了比一般酒店貴的價格入住這個號稱五星級酒店，就想舒舒服服有人接待。。。可惜，自己辛苦找車位自己排隊上電梯，去到哪裡都人擠人，這感受。。。這次給我教訓，下次訂房之前我要問清楚有沒有團體入住

RRenshuo LiuThe experience in this Hotel was excellent, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, the room was clean and tidy, the cups and covers were very comfortable. The hotel also gave us a complimentary breakfast. After so many years of traveling out, this would be one of the most comforting hotels for me. There is also a chance to experience the smart robot water and food delivery service. This hotel is really a treasure found on this. If there was no fixed date for the following trips, we would rather stay here more days.

PPengguna TetamuCHECK IN的時候已經很晚了，前台妹妹給免費升級了豪華大，房間真的好大，兩面巨大的落地窗，採光很不錯，床品也很舒服，衞生間除了淋浴，還有一個靠窗的浴缸，晚上關掉燈，打開窗簾，可以邊泡澡邊欣賞柳州的夜景🌃，最最重要的是，這裏真的很安靜，安靜到完全聽不到車流的聲音，另外中央空調噪音也很小，總之很滿意，下次還會住這裏

BBeth27What an absolutely unique and delightful property! It was a pleasure to stay here and experience a bit of history. These buildings have been carefully and lovingly restored through the efforts of the property owner and a dedicated architect—both men were at the homestay during my visit, which was a treat. Comfy bed, delicious food, lovely and attentive staff—if you need anything, just ask. I enjoyed just wandering around and getting lost in the village. Oh yes, I do not speak Chinese and traveled alone, but the owner speaks perfect English and contacted me in advance of my stay. He added me on WeChat and was hugely supportive in getting me to Chengyang and Lost World from Longji area. The staff were ready with Baidu translator so communication was a breeze.

TTheTravelShowThis hotel is located about 5 minutes walk away from the train station entrance in Liuzhou, making it a very convenient option, especially for short stays or business travellers. Check-in was swift and staff are helpful. Room is basic, but for the price, had everything I needed for my one- night stay. Downstairs is a convenience store to buy anything else you might need. It is easy to get taxi or bus to other parts of the city and its central location means you can get there quickly. Would recommend, and also it accepts foreigners.

I immediately made wonderful new friends at the ”101 Bar.” There is beautiful architecture to see and lovely walks along the river with great views to take in. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful and make a delicious complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed a great hot shower in the morning. I would definitely come back here.

PPamela StanfordI 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

LLucy LuLocation was great, it is close to shopping areas and local restaurants. Service was okay - front desk was helpful at checking in, but no other service was provided, no concierge or parking staff. Cleanliness is adequate to that of a 2-3 star hotel, rooms were clean but other spaces in the hotel was not such as the dining area, this is a hotel shared with other services so tons of random people going in and out. Little to none amenities, no coffee bars (just instant coffee in the lobby), no lounge, gyms, breakfast bar was small. Rooms indicated non-smoking rooms were available but upon check in, staff told me there are no non-smoking rooms. Most hallways and rooms reeked of smoke.

PPengguna Tetamu住的週一和週二兩晚，據説是柳州淡季的時間。49樓27的大開間。客觀評價！
優點：
1️⃣樓層高，朝向好，柳江就在眼皮底下，白天看還是相當震撼的。晚上鑒於沒啥夜景，也就那樣。
2️⃣房間燈光的操控是我住過的酒店裡麪比較簡單明瞭的，開關就在各個對應區域的附近！有一些酒店我都不想説了，開關又是旋鈕又是按鈕又是觸屏，一盞燈三四個位置控制。
3️⃣浴缸真的好評，首先位置對江，當然還是那句話，晚上洗澡的話還是沒啥好看。另外它的尺寸還有人體工學我覺得是挺棒的，我172躺下去不下滑不扭脖子。
4️⃣位置挺好，去幾個網紅打卡店、市場、公園都挺近。不過鑒於這些東西都比較集中，而且附近也挺多酒店的，這也衹能算是一個比較普通的優點而已。
缺點：
1️⃣賊想吐槽的床墊！硬！硬！硬！一點包裹感都沒有！枕頭薄！薄！薄！被子粗！粗！粗！反正床上的東西真的掉價……不過這東西就是個人感受，衹是説給和我一樣有這些需求的人做參考！
2️⃣入住第一天我們在房間躺着，竟然有工作人員直接開門進來…説要消殺，但是不知道我們已經入住。真的很無語…我覺得這真的就是一個管理問題吧，還好我們也沒幹啥，不然得多尷尬？
3️⃣大面積的毛地毯我不喜歡，衞生問題。門口竟然沒有請勿打擾的按鈕還得手動掛牌子，細節問題。沐浴露洗髮水用的重複利用的瓶子，雖説有專用的卡座鎖着，我認為還是防君子不防小人而已。雖説是出於環保考慮，但也得考慮顧客的感受吧，細節問題。
以上就是本次住店感受，希望可以幫到有意向入住的大家，也希望酒店可以完善不足更上一層樓。
