Brought a large group of 30+ to Liverpool for the week. From the moment we booked to the time we checked out the team at the Liverpool Inn couldn't have been more helpful. The large dorm rooms we booked on recommendation catered to our every need and the shared kitchen was a great facility for us to use to feed the group. The games room was also a great facility to use for the group when needed. The location was perfect for us and was closely situated to the university (2 mins) and the city centre (5 mins). Busy spot (lots of bars, restaurants, and clubs nearby) with lots of people coming and going but very secure and safe with staff keeping a close eye on all things. 24hr manned reception and a strict set of rules with regards to behavior yet a really cool sort of relaxed vibe about the place. We will be back for sure!!

Place was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short. As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good. Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well. Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.

We stayed for one night between Christmas and new year in a 4 bed ensuite room. The facilities were very clean and of a good standard - the beds were really hard but that's personal a preference thing. The staff were very welcoming and were able to give us lots of tips on things to do and places to eat - The Big Bowl restaurant was a real hit. We had breakfast in the morning which was brilliant. It's a great location - right near the Albert Docks and walking distance of all city centre attractions so we didn't have to use the car once we were there and would be perfect if travelling by public transport. Would highly recommend and would certainly go back.

Located in the heart of Liverpool , Kabannas is the perfect place to book for your next vacay. It is walking distance from Liverpool station, this hostel attracts everyone for its clean interiors and warm staff. One such kind staff member, Omar was very helpful when I forgot my stuff in their hostel and made sure to get my stuff to the right place. Met some wonderful hostelites as well. Definitely recommend this one if you’re heading to Liverpool !

Took my 8 year old boy to watch Liverpool vs Leicester at Anfield stayed at the sandon hotel very close to the stadium and nicely themed Liverpool decor only down side was having to pay £10 for parking on top of the hotel fee! Will definitely stay their again 👍🏽
