Was only there for a night but overall location was perfect. Walking distance to Liverpool One and China Town. Will def be back should i make another trip to Liverpool.

My friend and I stayed at The Halyard Liverpool and absolutely loved the experience. The hotel is stylish and comfortable, and the staff were all so helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the IHG member benefits, and we used the late checkout, which gave us extra time to relax before heading off.

Totally enjoyed our stay! The room, the service - everything was perfect. Breakfast was a-la carte with a small buffet. Lovely terrace on the rooftop.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely big spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location for bars , shops etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We had to cancel our trip due to serious force-major reasons. Asked the hotel about the cancelation a week in advance, but the hotel rejected neither to cancel nor reschedule. Formally the hotel is right, but it can not be considered as a good service and customer-focus.

Clean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

Good location, room and service.

The location is excellent, about a ten-minute walk from Lyme Street train station and Albert Pier. The hotel facilities are fairly complete, but toiletries like toothbrushes need to be requested from the front desk as they are not provided in the standard rooms. The hotel staff are generally friendly. Breakfast is a combination of buffet and à la carte options; while not extensive, the à la carte food is quite refined. Overall, a good experience.

Since everyone's reviews have already covered the rooms, I'll update with some food and drinks. The apartment was great, and the service was excellent. The room had a minibar with four bottles of water, which really helped us out. The first-floor lounge was also great, perfect for a drink in the evening. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and I could go on a wild walk after a meal.

The location is quite remote, but it is a very beautiful manor. If you don't mind being a little far from Oxford University, it is a very good choice. The hotel has a rich breakfast and a large banquet hall, which is suitable for various meetings and banquets.

There should be two rounds of cleaning every day. When I came back at night, there was chocolate and water on the bed as a little surprise. The room is new and the bathroom is spacious

The room is very new, the bedding is comfortable, and it is very clean and tidy. You need to choose your own breakfast in the restaurant below, and the taste is also good. The location is close to the beach and shopping malls, suitable for travel! Satisfied!
