Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Centre

The room is clean and tidy, however, the bath room without door, it is strange.

This hotel is worth for money though the position is not as convenient as we thought, still not very far from the main city centre and shopping area. And the most impressive is breakfast included, prefect for budget travellers.

Great stay made even better by the staff who are a credit to the hotel will definitely be coming back.

Comfortable beds and pillows, shower was lovely and hot, everything in working order, staff were friendly.

Second time staying here. Location is great, rooms are lovely. Check in staff are lovely. Breakfast was good - need more staff to help - one girl on her own trying to sort everything - as we were finishing breakfast a few more arrived

Fantastic location. Excellent room overlooking the Albert Dock. Reception staff that served me were great. However, whilst I was able to check in slightly early, a family next to me were not given the same pleasant service I received as they were told they had to wait.

Went for a break with my wife and first room had problems with so got moved. Next room wasn’t ideal but we just made do with it. Staff wasn’t too helpful and breakfast wasn’t great with not much to choose from. We will go elsewhere next time

We had a lovely stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Liverpool .The rooms were very good and the breakfast was great !!the gluten free breakfast was great they looked after me very well it was very busy at breakfast time but they were very good at sorting everyone out . Would definitely stay here again .

The first room we were allocated, the sink was blocked, we had to wait until it slowly drained before we can use it, called reception who said that as there are no maintenance he will just transfer me to another room which i agreed. he will come up and bring the keys to me but i would need to go down later to brong my old room key down after we transferred which i agreed. at nearly 12 midnight i went down myself and the other receptionist (steven) said that it was not handed over to hin. as he can see i am quite upset already as i was instructed that after i transfer i still need to go down again to being the other key, steven kindly showed us our new room), he did say to check the room as well. at that point i did not have any wnergy to check, but when we went in the toilet it stank of urine ( I dare the manager to go and check room 009), and smell the room, i gave up no point in telling them, but imagine in the morning when we showered the shower drain is also blocked and not draining properly so you are left pool of water whilst showering which frankly was annoying as and disgusting as the whole room already stank of urine. also i do not understand why we were put in a room for disabled, (hopefully, we have not taken a space for someone who actually need it) the receptionist said i have booked it as such? which I am going to recheck what i have booked but I said we can just be in a standard room and he said no as i booked for a disabled one. overall experience in this hotel was bad, though good selection of breakfast that is included in the price is a good point.

Room was nice and clean enough for one night three people stayed. We went out all the evening and finished last drink at the hotel. The waitress who I don't remember her name was very kind and helpful providing a good service.Breakfast needs improved at 9:00h it was already run out of any kind of pastries just croissants and muffins, no yogurt left.Anyway no bad for a night.thanks

Great location. Just mins away from the center and the Albert docks. Breakfast area was small but the food was great. My daughters enjoyed making their own waffles. The car park was a little expensive but very convenient.

Very food hotel. Price is competitive. Car park is a bit expensive.

There is short hair on the bed, the air circulation in the room is not very good, it is a bit near the port.

The room was clean, modern and well prepared. The customer service was excellent. And the staff were really friendly.
