Pillows were thin, walls were thin but location was lovely Towels and cups weren’t changed and coffee wasn’t replenished which was a shame

Arrived at midnight, late stop and early leave for manx ferry in morn. All gd. Good value. Not the ritz but pay what u get clean n cumfy

The hotel is located at nice place close to Everything in town. Loved the location and cleanliness. One disappointment was the size of the room. The rooms are smaller than they look in photos or they had given us smaller room than as shown in photos.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. The rooms were small though and very noisy from above. Bathroom needed some work doing. Shower leaked from the hose and when you flushed the loo the water flew out onto the floor 😮 Friendly staff.

Very very basic but in an ideal location. The room we were in could do with a paint.

Close to business meeting location, convenient location, clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Had a good time there, thank you.

Some light in the room didn’t work.

Great location where you can easily access the city centre and interesting sites. Good view. However, the room was too small for a double room. Not enough space to move around for two. Bathroom was okay but floods when you take a shower. Bed linens were not changed even though the room was cleaned and sheets were obviously dirty.

Excellent location, was a little small but all you need for a couple nights away, superb!

The room was clean. If the staff be more cheerful it will be great. So far we liked the hotel experience
