The room was very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is convenient, and close to major attractions and transportation. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the stay very pleasant.

Second time I have stayed here now and I think it’s.m a great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms really nice with excellent amenities and old school touches like free drinks. The entertainment system set up is good too. Breakfast is nice as are the paid for lunch and evening options. Sky bar is particularly nice with a 360 view which is great at sunset. Highly recommended

The room was clean and the bed was super big. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, and the night view is very beautiful. It's just not very convenient if you can't get a taxi.

The room is clean and modern. Facilities are new with central air conditioning. Complimentary canned drinks are also provided. Will book this hotel again when visiting Liverpool

Reception staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, as were all the staff we encountered during our stay, All areas were spotlessly clean, as was our very comfortable twin room. The breakfast was as good as I have seen anywhere, taken in very comfortable and spacious dining area
