Nice and clean hotel with good size room and amenities. We have been upgraded to a bigger room for being a new member. But be prepared to paid £13 a day for parking.

Located close to Liverpool University. Train station was in walking distance. Good breakfast, relatively small rooms but ok.

Very clean and nice hotel. Near to University of Liverpool. There is no parking for guests. You have to park two building away for £13/day. Overall is good. Definitely will come again

They upgraded us to an executive room straight away, and I signed up to ALL and he said next time we stay we will get late check out or a room upgrade etc. he was really friendly but I didn’t catch his name.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. It was an amazing experience would definitely recommend. Nice views, amazing staff and very clean.

Lovely clean hotel situated about 10-15 min walk from Lime street. Modern design hotel and rooms lovely.with easy pickup and drop off for taxis at the front entrance. Would stay here again

A though a bit away from the main activities of the city centre, the hotel was super clean and being located on the edge of the city centre meant more peace, good sleep and the view of Anfield is extra nice. Their English breakfast was made to perfection 🫡

Everything was perfect with the hotel. My only problem was the showers wasn’t hot enough for me, other than that I really enjoy my stay at the hotel. The staff was lovely. The hotel was clean and always smelt nice.

My family was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room It is cozy and convenient to attend my son’s convocation

3rd time we’ve stayed when visiting our daughter at Uni. Love it, staff are so friendly, rooms are nicely done & clean. Breakfast is well worth paying for & theres plenty of choice! We will be back for sure 👍
