We originally booked 2 rooms but only used 1. The cancellation of the 1 room was confirmed by email more than once. When we arrived it was confirmed that 1 room was cancelled. When we left we were forced to pay for both rooms and the lady at reception was very rude to my wife. Will never consider staying at this hotel again

Camera comoda e confortevole. Pulizia eccellente. Gestori disponibili e gentilissimi. Buona la colazione con prodotti di qualità. Parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze. Non distante dal centro di Livigno, con una passeggiata. Esperienza da ripetere.

Schöne und grosse Zimmer, freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Auch nach meinem Unfall mit dem Bike wurde mir super geholfen, Hilfe bei Arztsuche und ein paar Krücken wurden aus dem Keller geholt zur Überbrückung bis auf der Notfallstation ein Röntgen durchgeführt werden konnte. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und schön gelegen. Parkplätze sind leider fast keine Vorhanden, da muss der grosse öffentliche in ca. 300m Entfernung benutzt werden. Wir haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt schon wieder gebucht und sind auf die neue Wellness-Oase gespannt.

Ottima esperienza, staff cordiale e disponibile, ci ha consigliato al meglio dalle escursioni fino a dove mangiare. Camere comode e ben strutturate. Colazione ben organizzata e ottima per iniziare la giornata. Posizione ottima, con fermata del bus difronte e vicinanza del centro del paese raggiungibile a piedi.

Hotel nuovo, camere curate, molto comodo sia d’inverno per il mottolino e anche d’estate basta attraversare il ponte per essere in centro, personale molto gentile e cordiale. Camere pulite. Colazione molto fornita e tutto molto buono. Ci ritorneremo

Ottimo beb a Livigno vicino al centro. La camera era pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort (anche il frigorifero). Colazione ottima (dolce e salato). Personale gentile, eravamo in moto e il giorno della partenza ci hanno tenuto casco e giacca in hotel. Struttura consigliata.
