Me and my husband went for a little stay-cation, for his bday...we always get rooms with whirlpools inside the room...decided to try this BW out. Staff extremely polite (checking in/checking out)...room had a smell, I instantly did my own personal cleaning (used my supplies and air freshners)... I'm big on pillows, these pillows were not fluffy, slept on 3 to feel comfortable...whirlpool was definitely big enough for 2 ppl, maybe even 3...jets in the whirlpool not as powerful, but they did a little something. Killed 3 big ants in the room, 1st one spotted, was in the bed (freaked me out)...the toilet or sewage system, whatever it was...makes a noise every 2 minutes (literally) as if the water is running (so if noises bother you, please reconsider)...finally, the tv, omg!!! First, i believe it's a 32" (not such a big deal), so it's small, then it's quite a distance from the bed, then it was sooo dark, you could barely watch it (all lights off, still dark)...overall it was just okay, If only I had no choice, will i go back to that location

I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub that was close without having to walk very far. They literally put me at the farthest distance being the last room at the farthest end of the longest hallway upstairs. The bathtub faucet did not work. I told them and they said they can switch my room but I already hauled heavy luggage up and was too tired, weak and worn out to move it again without help so needed to soak in the tub and they would not help me move to do so. I had just had cancer surgery and was in pain and they knew all this when I checked in. The sink did not have hot water only cold and their was dirty foot prints on the bathroom floor and hair in the sink and on the toilet. The refrigerator did not work. This room was unacceptable and staff was not helpful knowing my situation and condition and that I was in town for a funeral. This was not acceptable and they did not seem to care when I reported it!

Room wasnt as fancy as expected like the leo collection but still nice for the price.jetted tub was nice 👌...front desk lady super friendly...wont be able to comment about the breakfast since i have to check out at 4 am to go to work but overall definitely a place i would go again for the price 😊. Thank you

Great price, but you get what you pay for. Stains on head board, and furniture. Peeling paint, repairs needed to walls. Bathroom tub had stains and rust. Overall room felt outdated and dirty.
