Big hotel, ok for one night stay. They have old and new rooms, I didn’t know it before so I stayed in old room, it looks like 20 year old in fact Great breakfast

Hotel is outdated

Good and nice hotel

The hotel is well located: a 10-minute walk from the Ljubljana bus station and a 10-minute walk from Prešeren Square. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel feels a bit dated—I think it dates back to the Yugoslav era, but I could be wrong. The breakfasts are excellent, continental style, with everything you need, so you won't go hungry.

It is very difficult to communicate with this unkind hotel. Because my flight was cancelled at the last minute, I couldn't make it to the Sri Lankan client to attend the meeting the next day. I called the hotel as soon as the flight was cancelled and submitted an application for negotiation and cancellation. Later, I submitted relevant proofs such as flight delays and meeting reservation emails through the platform. It was indeed not my personal will that caused me to fail to arrive and check in, but the hotel completely ignored the special circumstances and left no room for negotiation. Everyone should be careful when booking in the future.
