"The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the sights. The hotel offers parking (21 euros per day), a pool with a sauna, and a gym. The pool and gym are located in a neighboring hotel, accessible via a closed corridor. The gym is very old and poorly equipped. The pool and spa are also not the freshest. The breakfast is excellent. The room itself is comfortable, but it was very noisy. We had a room on the second floor next to the room service area. The staff showed no respect for guests whatsoever. On a weekend, starting at 7:30 a.m., we couldn't sleep well because of loud conversations outside the door, constant slamming of doors, and attempts to clean the room at 8:30 a.m.!!! Our stay at the hotel was completely ruined."

"The room was very clean and the facilities were good. However, the location of the accommodation was harder to find and even our local guide and driver took a while to find it, making check-in more inconvenient. The pool was also disappointing. During our stay, there were at least about 30 bees visually near the pool at the same time, making it difficult to relax or use the pool facilities normally. The biggest disappointment was the owner’s service. Upon check-out, the landlord claimed damage to the accommodation facilities and demanded compensation from us privately rather than through the booking platform. We believe that the issue in question is merely a stain, which can be treated by cleaning, and therefore request that it be handled in accordance with the formal procedures of the platform. However, the landlord continued to contact us privately via WhatsApp thereafter and kept asking us to pay, which put us under a lot of pressure and seriously affected our stay throughout the trip. The landlord demanded a new purchase or compensation for a new price.
