Hotel was excellent as usual, but the pub service was very poor. Supply issues meant the majority of our party could have the meal selected from the on line menu or what was on the menu on the table. We were left with only one feasible option which was ordered, only to be told they only had one option left. The attitude from two different serving staff was very poor, one even asking us what they should do is they can’t provide the food they are advertising, the other suggesting that e we should only expect beef in a beef eater 🤦♀️. After a long and tiring journey this was disappointing and reflected badly in the overnight stay we’d arranged through Premier Inn

Great hotel, the staff are very friendly. Very clean room, and a good size. The area was perfect for my gig in Cardiff. Very close to shops and food places (5 min walk) Looking forward to staying again as this was my 1st time. Great stay, couldn't fault it, for what I needed.

Comfortable Bed ,good night's sleep, pleasant staff,good food at the longbow Beefeater. Entrance could be better signposted. But overall lovely place o stay. Lovely views out the back if your room faces that way.easy acces to valleys and Cardiff.

easy to get to and very basic. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The staff were very helpful on reception got in a muddle as there were four families booking in but we got there in the end. The place is easy to get to and on the main road into Cardiff. A lot of workmen use it

Loved the newly refurbished rooms! Also loved Kelly and Lisa P on reception who were so friendly and helpful! A great budget hotel which I visit often. Nothing is too much trouble and they are really fab with ladies travelling on their own. Keep up the good work

This is my first to this premier inn. When entering I was very welcomed by Caroline & Kelly they was both so polite and friendly and helpful they made me and my husband feel very welcome. 5🌟 staff..When entering the room it was clean and tidy and well updated good size tv nice bathroom and comfortable bed. I have really enjoyed my stay and will come again

A huge thank you to Lisa G on reception and her manager. Their awesome friendly customer care in helping us get the perfect room for our very fussy daughter 🤦♀️ sorry for being a nightmare of requirements but you guys were brilliant in meeting them. The newly decorated rooms here are so lovely, has really made a difference in the vibe of our stays here. Great job Premier Inn x

Ceri and Lisa P were helpful and welcoming. They helped find an alternative room so we could have a bath instead of just shower. The room was spotless, quiet and the bed really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family

Room great; staff great; wifi truly terrible- and we were supposed to have the upgraded "ultimate" wifi with a superior room. This is such a pity as everything else is excellent: cleanliness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, decor, etc. But the internet was essential to us both for business and urgent family reasons and that is what we'll always remember and why we've given 3 stars not 5. If the internet is not important to you then we thoroughly recommend PremierInn Llantrisant. Just don't try to do business over the internet there (or watch films or videos). Come on Whitbread ! Upgrade the wifi to 2024 standards: it's not 2004 any more!
