Hotel berhampiran L＇Olla, Llevant

The staff are so nice, they are the kindest people I have ever met in my life.Especially my friends chupi and Tony. I got the suite and it was very spacious, it was very cool having a jacuzzi on the balcony!! The food was delicious, I have never had better spaghetti and pizza in my life!! The pools were goods lengths and widths! In most hotels children aren't allowed to go in the spa so I'm am very happy they are allowed in this hotel!!! The children's pool was a very good idea, as children can be as loud as they want without worrying about disturbing adults who want to relax without noise ringing in their ears. Overall I'd say this hotel is the best I've ever stayed in! Thank you so much for a very comfortable stay!! Isla Ramsey Age 11

Estávamos super animados com a nossa escolha de hotel mesmo tendo opções mais baratas, mas vimos pelas fotos e avaliações que o local era bastante agradável e a acomodação era como pretendíamos. Entretanto, logo ao chegar, percebemos no quarto o cheiro forte de umidade e depois vimos que o exaustor da casa de banho também não funcionava, deixando frequentemente o ambiente todo úmido após ser utilizado para o banho, por exemplo, passando bastante tempo assim. Depois vimos que o aquecedor do quarto também não funcionou em nenhum dos dias da nossa estadia, sendo que a temperatura caiu e sempre fazia frio à noite. Solicitamos cobertores por 3X ao hotel, mas ninguém apareceu para nos entregar. Por fim, tivemos que ir pessoalmente fazer o pedido na recepção do hotel, localizada em outro edifício. Nos deram um edredom e uma capa para cobri-lo nós mesmos. Vimos depois que o edredom também era pequeno para duas pessoas. Deixamos a capa com o edredom para ser coberto pelo pessoal da limpeza no dia seguinte, mas ao retornar-mos ao hotel pela noite, para nossa surpresa mesmo depois da falta de atendimento às solicitações anteriores, o edredom seguia sem capa e o pessoal da limpeza a tinha levado embora. Assim, com o quarto frio, acabamos por seguir usando o edredom sem capa mesmo para não ter, mais uma vez, que solicitar algum serviço que novamente não iria ser atendido. Realmente a localização do hotel é muito boa, o staff foi simpático, o tamanho do quarto também e teria sido otimo se tudo estivesse funcionando, mas em termos de apoio ao cliente e termos passado frio todas as noites da nossa estadia, para além de andar para frente e para trás a carregar de edredons tarde da noite, de um lado para o outro, foi bastante frustrante para o nível de hotel que pensávamos ser.

Very good hotel. Very clean, good breakfast and dinner, and great location next to the sea.

I can fully recommend this hotel. We were given an unexpected upgrade on arrival to a suite facing the sea. The room itself is of high quality with a very contemporary feel. The check in procedure was very efficient with a glass of champagne or orange juice offered. The gentleman who checked us in was professional and very friendly. Housekeeping is second to none. We had our room fully serviced every day before noon. Cannot thank housekeeping enough. The gardens where we sunbathed are impressive with plenty of beds to choose from. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of food options. ( We were Bed and Breakfast only) so no evening meal. We ate lunch at the pool bar and were very happy with the service and quality of food provided. Overall my wife and I were highly impressed with the palace and would certainly consider a return to this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all the staff and management for a lovely stay.

We stayed for for two weeks half board during September family of three . We opted for this hotel because it wasn’t geared towards younger children , and due to the positive reviews regarding the pool area , spacious rooms and food. Thankfully most tourists were couples of families with older children. The location is quite it takes 30 minutes to walk into Sa Coma at a slow steady pace, the nearest bar is within 15 minutes of the hotel (Delaynies Bar, )we don’t recommend this bar it’s dated run down, and basically a tourist trap purportedly offering the cheapest drinks in town , a Baileys cost 8 Euro and is smaller than a standard measure , the glasses are dirty the entire place needs refurbishing. We arrived at the hotel just before midnight check in was smooth , we were informed due to missing our meals a cold buffet had been placed in the fridge, when we entered the room we were disappointed to realise there wasn’t anything in the fridge, we were left three small bottles of water , no milk, tea bags or cups resulting in us having to go back to reception to ask for cups, milk teabags to enable us to make a drink. The rooms are spacious but dated, the sofa beds are not suitable for adults or older teenagers, hotel staff refused to accommodate our request for three single beds despite being informed I was due hip replacement surgery and as our son is in his late he is too old to sleep on a cot bed, the hotel wasn’t fully booked so no reason why hotel staff couldn’t accommodate our request. The air-Con in the room is antiquated and temperamental switching on/ off randomly, no mosquito nets on the doors, no full pool view unless you stand up ( we paid for a superior apartment) The pool area is fantastic lots of sun beds plenty for everyone, calm peaceful atmosphere and a great snack bar offering reasonably priced drinks and snacks- A large Coke costs 2.25 Euro, a large beer 3.5 Euro , cocktails are superb freshly made in a shaker , most cocktails cost 5Euro a pina colada costs 6 Euro . The drinks are cheaper than those found in the main resort and far superior in terms of volume and quality, buy a cocktail you won’t be disappointed. The animation team are lovely they kept our teenager entertained with aqua gym, darts, skittles, a special thanks to Gorka and Maria and the other girls. Brian and Miguel at the pool bar were also friendly and helpful making tasty snacks and drinkswith a smile, the guy with the grey hair at the main bar made fantastic cocktails and was always happy and helpful all staff are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is great the hotel restaurant offers a wide choice of food which is good quality and cooked to a good standard, unfortunately I can’t say the same about food in the evening which is geared towards German guests , food labelling is also problematic again German tourists are prioritised all food was labelled in German making it difficult for us to determine what was on offer , we had a couple of shocks

This little hotel is a real gem - situated in a rural area, between olive trees, vineyards and fields, the former finca offers rooms and wonderful pool-villas. The villas are of a very good size, in a tasteful design and offer a terrace with view to an unspoilt landscape and offer a pool from the size, that you can swim a little bit. It`s quiet and peaceful. You can hear the birds and the sheep-bells in the distance. Special thanks to Evgeni. For us he is the good soul of the hotel for some years now. He is always there when you need assistance or for a little chat . Only the restaurant felt a little bit down this year. On a balmy evening they refused us to sit outside. We quickly decided to go to our italian restaurant in Cala Rajada (there you can always sit outside, even on a stormy March-evening). Suddenly we were allowed to sit on the terrace. Other guests joined us. We were treated a little bit cold for our non-complying behaviour on this evening. Normally I would reduce one point for such an incident. But this hotel is so lovely, I don`t do it.
