This is by far the best resort hotel my family and I have ever stayed in my entire life in terms of room condition, cleanliness, customer service, and friendly staff etc. The front desk team, everyone, was attentive, friendly, and professional. But, a special shout out to Duty managers Ms. Trang & Ms. Puhong for making my stay memorable with my family. No words to express my feeling for Ms. Trang & Ms. Puhong. Ms. Trang has taken care of me from the moment of arrival all the way until check out date. She helped to solve the issue of the room category from the travel agent since I had the room type category issue that they made a mistake. she really made sure that I have solved the issue.i would like to thank her very much for her professionalism and the unwavering hospitality that she has extended to me. And Ms. Puhong really caught our needs and wants so well that I could stay at the lovely beachfront suite room as well as she has booked the activities, restaurant, and spa, etc. Of course, she will always welcome me whenever we come back to the Front desk. And the F&B team, everyone was extremely friendly and super attentive. i can't remember all of their names but especially Mr. Ken and Chef Ms. Ngan were attentive, friendly, and professional calling by our last name !! Bell team, Mr. Tin, thank you for taking care of us from the moment we arrived until departed. he has taken care of my family. And every time he never fails to greet us and be approachable.
