Hotel berhampiran Gili Islands di Lombok

Very sure this is the best hotel in Senggigi, or even in Lombok, both by service and design. Make sure to try the swimming pool, and go to the beach club down below. There’s also a gallery that sell stuff like bikinis, hats, sandals, etc, at a very reasonable price. Kudos to the developer and management.

L'hotel di nuova costruzione è il gemello del Pearl Beach Lounge ma si trova in posizione molto più tranquilla e soprattutto nella zona da cui è possibile godere del tramonto con il sole che si spegne nel mare. Se cercate lo sfrenato divertimento della zona del porto non è il posto per Voi, comunque raggiungibile in soli e piacevoli 10 minuti di bicletta. Personale gentilissimo, camere pulite e spaziose, belle e molto curate sia la zona della piscina che della spiaggia. Consigliatissimo (per fare il bagno indispensabili delle scarpette anti corallo, quando vedrete la bassa marea capirete il perché....)

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! We will definitely be back ! Thanks so much Hadi and co. 🌺

Stayed at Holiday Resort Lombok and it was amazing. A good evening with a sunset view point. Hotel staffs were kind and hospitable. I liked the cleanliness of my room as well as the well maintained pool. Only downside is the wifi connectivity inside the room, but that should not be a big deal breaker for those who want an absolute recreational experience.

We wanted to stay in the city one night before our flight next day. Front desk ladies are lovely. No chance using the pool cos we just want to relax cos we came from Gili island. Walking distance to Mataram mall and many nearby local restaurants. Only cons is our room facing the main road so can hear passing cars but still a recommended hotel. and thank you for the birthday cake :)

We decided to head to Indonesia for our honeymoon and we spent time in one hotel before this and it was good and within same price range. We booked Svarga hotel (Varda deluxe double room) via Hotels.com because it seemed like a beautiful and clean hotel with good view where you have your own jacuzzi. However when we got there the staff was welcoming and helpful and carried our baggage up the extremely long and deep stairs into our room. There was an elevator but I assume it was broken as nobody used it and it looked sketchy. (So not for weak-legged people). When we first got into our room there was strong moldy odour and immediately i could see that the hotel had seen its best days many years ago. The ”Jacuzzi” was empty and looked very dirty as it was not been used for years. When I asked about filling it up, a guy and a lady who helped to carry our baggage up told us just to call reception and they quickly went away as they would not like to answer any questions. Then we decided to check out the restaurant and it was pretty disgusting with few squeaky and dusty fans spinning in the ceiling. Also many of the ceiling lights were just hanging from their wires. Very young guy in the restaurant looked surprised when we walked in and asked if we could eat something, he was very polite and a bit shy. Restaurant did not seem quite hygienic.I asked if they have any hand sanitizer but the young guy looked confused and told we they do not have it but we could wash our hands in the swimming pool next to the restaurant. (Yes... he was totally serious:D) Still we ate lunch and food was ok, I actually liked it. Next weird problem occurred when i tried to pay for our food. The young guy in the restaurant did not know how to operate the card payment machine so i offered him cash, and they said they don't have change. When we came from lunch, some monkeys were staring at us from our roof. I think they would have stolen everything outside our room. After this we called Hotels.com and they were helpful and helped us to move to other hotel nearby. It took some time but it worked. Conclusion: I think Svarga has truly been a good hotel in the past but maybe covid time or something has caused it to decline a lot. It would be such a good hotel with proper maintaining and professional staff. All the hotel workers I met were helpful and polite but the reason for the bad state of the hotel is its management. Right now you cannot ask for 85€ per night at that hotel, 15€ might be correct.

Très bel hotel avec la décoration soignée et une excellente cuisine. Espace piscine ( très longue et parfaite pour faire des longueurs) en mode lounge avec une belle programmation musicale. Côté plage vous trouverez des transats et coussins avec des ombrelles. Petit déjeuner vraiment très bon avec tous ce que vous souhaitez. Je déconseille la chambre 216 ( en bas la laverie) car on entend les machines essorer jusqu’à 22h. Endroit idéal en couple, solo et avec des enfants.

Hotel pulito e moderno in una posizione perfetta, personale molto gentile, perfetta pulizia e ottima colazione. Eravamo di arrivo dal porto di lombok diretti al porto di Bangsal per le isole Gili visto che le barche si fermano alle ore 16 dovevano cercare posto per passare la notte ed è risultato un'ottima scelta

Hi Trip.com, Thanks for send us updates. I was just backed from holiday in Lombok. Overall Living Asia resort is nice and good to stay for vacation. Overall environment is good and the most importantly the staff is so polite and helpful. I arrived there in the midnight, even receptionist is closed but they still arrange the room key for us in the midnight and I managed take good rest there! I have to stay in different room type, just can say different room type different feel, I satisfied staying in this resort! The breakfast here is nice!

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr schön vom Stil. Auch der Pool war perfekt zur Abkühlung. Leider war das Bett für uns sehr hart. Auf Nachfrage haben wir aber 3 zusätzliche Bettdecken bekommen um diese drunter legen zu können. Damit war es in Ordnung. Das Personal ist super! Sie waren immer da wenn man ein Problem hatte. Kann das Hotel (sofern man mit harten Betten klarkommt) sehr empfehlen.
