Hotel terbaik di Lombok

I’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance. The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time. The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded. I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not. The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long. I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful. I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t. My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children. If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else. Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms For the money there are many better options in south lombok

Pearl of Trawangan was a luxurious, incredibly clean, and central hotel, whilst still being far enough away from the noise of the local bars (5 minute walk from bars). The pool was lovely with a very well kept pool bar, managed by very helpful and attentive staff who couldn’t have been nicer/more accommodating. There were bikes you could hire from 100,000 rupiah (approx £5) per day to make your way round the island as there are no cars on Gili T. The rooms were spacious with a lot of storage, good AC and a comfortable bed. The bathroom area is effectively outside, however there is a canopy and it is always kept spotless by the staff so was still very comfortable. The restaurant was also second to none. They feed you plenty at breakfast time offering complimentary pastries and fruit, and have plenty of options for your “main” breakfast. Our breakfast was included when booking our stay. We also had a lunch and a dinner here, both of which were superb. Having cycled round the whole island, I think we chose the best accommodation on the island. Some of the others, despite looking nice, had pools right by the main road which didn’t offer much privacy, whereas the pool here was set back, still benefitted from the sun shining on it all day, and offered plenty of sun loungers. They also had their own loungers on a designated part of the beach, which is literally 10 steps from the hotel reception, meaning you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Could not recommend enough. We stayed here mid-June 2023.

Le personnel est fantastique, tout ce petit monde s’est affairés pour nous faire oublier le temps. Dès notre arrivée, ils sont été aux petits soins pour nous, dans le but de nous rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Un grand plus est la literie, elle est incroyablement agréable, il est rare de trouver des matelas de si bonne qualité. L’emplacement un peu à l’écart du centre est vraiment un plus, cela vous permet de dormir tranquillement, car le centre est vraiment très animé, et cela, jour et nuit. Il faudra prévoir 20 minutes à pied et 10 minutes à vélo, lesquels sont mises à disposition par l’hôtel. Le restaurant à une vue imprenable sur la mer où tous les soirs, vous aurez l’occasion d’admirer le coucher du soleil sur Bali, en profitant de l’happy hour. La restauration est bonne, nous avons mangé chaque soir à l’hôtel et avons été gâtés. Le petit-déjeuner est à la carte, ce qui évite le gaspillage de nourriture des buffets, de plus le personnel fera tout pour satisfaire vos envies. Bravo aux employées du restaurant et de la cuisine ! Un tout grand merci particulier à Rudy, un vrai rayon de soleil. Il est partout à la fois, cherche par tous les moyens de vous faire plaisir. Extrêmement polyvalent et compétent, le Kardia Resort a de la chance de l’avoir. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour à Trawangan et cela principalement dû au personnel du Kardia Resort. Merci à tous les employés et bravo votre employeur peut être fier de vous. Nous espérons que la direction prendra soin d'eux. Habitación y baño amplio. Situado en una calle paralela al paseo de playa lo que permite estar cerca de restaurantes y tiendas pero alejado del ruido. (Existe una mezquita cerca con el consiguiente rezo temprano). El desayuno es muy sencillo pero suficiente. (Café, pancake y fruta)

Wow wow wow. We stayed at Puri Mas for 2 weeks in September/October and would highly recommend a stay there. The staff are super friendly and cater above and beyond the guests needs. We booked a trip to the Gilli Islands through the hotel and would highly recommend it. Our driver Pat Chin was so lovely and made our day super special. We stayed in room 3 which had a terrace with an amazing view of the beautifully kept gardens and an ocean view also. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. The food was superb, tasted amazing and was beautifully presented, the chef would also come out to see if everything was ok. The location right on the beach gave outstanding views out to sea, with the most amazing sunsets early evening. Thank you for amazing memories

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. Abbiamo soggiornato io ed il mio fidanzato in questo hotel per 4 notti. Da fuori l’hotel si presenta anche abbastanza bene ma presenta molti problemi interni da risolvere assolutamente. Come prima cosa, la nostra camera aveva i muri interni scrostati, la doccia piena di calcare, il lavandino ed il water con delle macchie gialle e televisore non funzionante. Come seconda cosa il buffet della colazione molto limitato e poco pulito Terza cosa i lettini in spiaggia per la maggior parte erano rotti e presentavano delle macchie sui materassini inoltre gli ombrelloni sono sporchi e mezzi rotti anche quelli. Abbiamo anche informato di tutti questi problemi il nostro tour operator ma purtroppo non potevano cambiarci la stanza perché l’hotel era pieno anche se a noi sembrava.. Come ultima cosa ricordo a tutti che chiunque voglia fare il bagno in mare nella spiaggia davanti all’hotel deve avere assolutamente con se le scarpette da Snorkeling poiché già a riva ci sono molti coralli morti e c’è il rischio di farsi male
