Hotel berhampiran Kios Bu Sri, Lombok

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Nächte dort, ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, ausgerichtet hauptsächlich auf lokale Gäste. Es wäre schön, wenn die Schilder an den Speisen zusätzlich in Englisch wären. Ein Komplex wird aktuell umfangreich renoviert, stört nicht.

The hotel is quite decent. Ok for couples and families. Near to the fast food like McDonald at Matarram Mall, convenient store and even Chatime (Korean fast food) just next to the hotel. Transportation (Grab) are easy to get around. I like that they are eco friendly....every level have a umber of water dispensers as such, no bottled water in the room. Good job!!!

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat baik, di tengah-tengah Senggigi Hotel ini dikelilingi oleh laut di tiga sisi dan mempunyai pantai hotel peribadi dengan air yang jernih, pasir halus dan ombak yang lembut, yang sangat sesuai untuk berenang. Terdapat juga restoran pantai dengan pemandangan laut, di mana anda boleh menggunakan minuman alu-aluan percuma secara percuma. Produknya bagus dan harganya tidak mahal. Bufet sarapan pagi agak mewah, dan para pelayan sangat proaktif dan bersemangat!

One of the best hotel options that you can choose in Senggigi. The hotel is spacious and lovely, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the check-in process also fast. The hotel has the amenities and facilities which you may need during your stay. The view is directly to the beach so it is very suitable for those who come to enjoy holidays alone, or with family or friends!

Took a 2 hr 20 mins direct Scoot flight from Singapore and then a 1.5 hr car ride to the resort. Booked a car directly from resort and driver was waiting outside after exiting the airport with resort name. We booked the family suite which was the premier suite and the premier room combined, it had a connecting door. Room was huge but no bathtub in either rooms. Separate shower and toilet. There’s also a outdoor shower but I think it’s only for the ground floor units. Comes with safe deposit, kettle and fridge. No ironing board. Their laundry is rather reasonable price. Beds were very comfortable and their air conditioning is cold. We had a few power shut downs but it was resumed very quickly in less than 20 secs. Nice beach but not suitable for swimming as the waves were huge. They have nice pools and sun decks. They have 2 restaurants serving Italian, western and Indonesia food. The Italian restaurant ‘Kliff’ is a must try. Superb food and quality at reasonable prices. Book a table to watch the sunset with Bali island in view. Beautiful sunset. The resort have a spa and gym as well. Tried the spa, prices were very reasonable and cheaper than Bali. Booked their snorkelling trips to the Gili islands and it was awesome! Gili Nanggu was our fav. Will definitely come again, Lombok is more laid back and without the Bali crowds. Things were cheaper too. If you want a nice, relaxing, quiet and good prices, come to Lombok. If you prefer pubs, shopping and crowds, then go to Bali. There’s also public ferries connection between Bali and Lombok. It takes approx 2 hours. Most of them understand simple English and remembers our preference for coffee and how we like our eggs done.

Hotel baru, vila besar yang menakjubkan dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan dan kolam renang peribadi. Tilam, sofa dan buaian yang sangat selesa. Dari mimpi. Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan makanan yang lazat, kawasan ini sangat tenang tetapi terdapat perhentian teksi di tingkat bawah dan dalam 5 minit anda berada di tengah-tengah Sengigi. Urutan di Spa sangat bagus. Perkara yang paling tidak menyenangkan tidak ada kaitan dengan hotel, tetapi di atas bukit yang sama terdapat masjid yang sangat aktif dengan pembesar suara, bukan sahaja anda boleh mendengar muzik waktu solat dari 4 pagi (yang menawan) tetapi anda boleh mendengar doa dan menyanyi. berjam-jam dan berjam-jam. Sukar untuk berehat dan berehat seperti ini.

Ths is an unbelievably perfect resort, discreetly positioned a short distance from the most scenic and atmospheric Selang Belanak beach. The choice of varied private villas are top notch, we stayed in the Joey villa, it was like a tropical show home with a great sundeck pool and jacuzzi. The 2 bedrooms were cool and with well appointed outdoor bathrooms. The restaurant, bar and secluded sports bar were brilliant and only surpassed with great menu, top chef and the whole of the team that services this resort. Friendly, professional and always smiling, from the garden team, kitchen, front of house and restaurant staff we only wished we could stay for longer or be in a position to invest in one of the units plots available. The owner, Michael was a top man, humble in his development but friendly, professional and most knowledgeable of the area and always willing to share a laugh or solve a question. A fellow Leeds United fan, albeit fro Sydney thank you to you and your brilliant staff, you have a great place that surely will only go from strength to strength. Room was clean however bugs were a common sight. Open toilet is prone to having mosquitoes. Room is large and has a large bed and sofa. Breakfast is not buffet style but is served in a set. Choose from a menu and have it either at the restaurant or delivered to your room. TV quality is horrible. Staff kept promising to send an engineer to help fix the issue, however no one ever came. Staff only said that issue can't be resolved during our stay, sorry. Disappointed with this aspect. Request for late check out was rejected as they cited that there was another guest booking. However room remained vacant for the next few days. I knew because I booked another stay in a different room. A blatant lie. Very disappointing. Presence of free roaming animals were a cute touch.

Das Matahari Inn hat seine besten Jahre definitiv sehr lange hinter sich! Wahrscheinlich war es mal ein sehr gutes Hotel, wurde aber einfach nicht gepflegt und bedarf dringend einer Komplettrenovierung! Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, auch die Betten angenehm groß. Allerdings sieht man in den Zimmern, dass lange nichts renoviert wurde! Risse in den Fliesen und auch die Sauberkeit eher unterdurchschnittlich! Dies war aber einigermaßen noch o.k. ABER die Bäder sind eine absolute Zumutung und es ist eigentlich unmöglich die Zimmer mit solchen Badezimmern zu vermieten! Wir waren 3 Paare, in allen 3 Zimmern dasselbe! Die kompletten Armaturen verrostet und korrodiert! In unserem Badezimmer war der Duschhalter gebrochen, so dass die Duschbrause immer in der Hand gehalten werden musste! Am Waschbecken gab es keine Seife, keine Gläser für die Zahnbürsten, auch gab es nur ein Duschtuch, kein zusätzliches Handtuch! Toilettenpapier war nur immer eine Rolle im Bad, keine Reserve. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings wird überall deutlich, dass das Management de Hotels absolut ungenügend ist! Wenn die Zimmer „gereinigt“ werden, werden lediglich die Betten gemacht, das Badezimmer wir gar nicht geputzt! Beim Frühstück muss das Personal immer wieder aufmerksam gemacht werden, wenn etwas fehlt oder fertig war! Es waren immer genügend Servicemitarbeiter vorhanden, aber keiner hat selbstständig geschaut, ob alles zur Verfügung stand. Auch die Tassen und vor allem die Untertassen waren sehr alt und nicht einladend seinen Kaffee daraus zu trinken! Überall wird deutlich, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht angelernt wurden und nicht kontrolliert oder geschult werden! Der Junior Manager erzählte uns, dass das Hotel 7 Jahre leer gestanden hat und das merkt man! Dieses Hotel hat soviel Potenzial, da es in absoluter Toplage liegt, aber solange es so geführt wird, wie derzeit kann ich nur sagen, nie wieder!
