A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

Great place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! It's an hour's drive from the airport but the ride is quite secenic. So not worry :) The resort is located in a really tranquil and serene spot on the island and they have an amazing private beach. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed at the ocean view villa perched right at the top of the hills. It comes with a private infinity pool and the view from the villa is spectacular. Also Kudos to the chef! The food was great. Everything we ordered over our 3 days stay was a hit. We are very pleased and hope to be back for a longer visit in the future with our families and friends.

We wanted to stay in the city one night before our flight next day. Front desk ladies are lovely. No chance using the pool cos we just want to relax cos we came from Gili island. Walking distance to Mataram mall and many nearby local restaurants. Only cons is our room facing the main road so can hear passing cars but still a recommended hotel. and thank you for the birthday cake :)

Friendly Hotel since long time ago, Clean the AC , the net /WIFI is excellent. The food especially the croisant so tender and delicious. The santika hospitality is very toucahble especially mas Komang , in resto area also in security and in the front desk mas Azhar and others. Hopefully I will come back again thanks all

Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Tropik Resort in der Villa Susan mit Außenpool und Außenwhirlpool und wir waren absolut begeistert. Zur Lage: Das Resort liegt 2 Fahrminuten vom traumhaften Strand Selong Belanak entfernt. Es wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Strand angeboten. Das Resort ist für Ruhesuchende perfekt geeignet. Es gibt ein paar sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung von anderen Hotels wobei das Restaurant der Villa auch hervorragend ist. Wer mal einen Tag mehr Trubel haben möchte kann ca. 30 Minuten nach Kuta fahren. Dort findet man dann auch größere Supermärkte und ein aktives Nachtleben. Zur Villa: Die Villa ist luxuriös eingerichtet und bietet einen Außenpool und beheizten Außenwhirlpool eine freistehende Badewanne eine Regendusche. Die Villa ist absolut neu und in einem top Zustand. Der Poolbereich ist von außen nicht einsehbar und man genießt 100% Privatsphäre. Man hat so viele nützliche Extras wie z.B einen Außengrill, ein gemütliches Gasfeuer, Lautsprecher die man mit seinem Handy verbinden kann, Eiswürfelspender, Side by Side Kühlschrank usw. Zum Service: Der Service war das Absolute Highlight an unserem Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns so willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war durchgehend bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen. Es gibt eine WhatsApp Gruppe wo man zb sein Essen bestellen kann oder Anliegen melden kann. Die Reaktionszeit war unter 5 Minuten. Wir sind seit 3 Wochen in Indonesien unterwegs und hatten mehrere Unterkünfte aber hier war der Service einfach am Besten !

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. Room was clean however bugs were a common sight. Open toilet is prone to having mosquitoes. Room is large and has a large bed and sofa. Breakfast is not buffet style but is served in a set. Choose from a menu and have it either at the restaurant or delivered to your room. TV quality is horrible. Staff kept promising to send an engineer to help fix the issue, however no one ever came. Staff only said that issue can't be resolved during our stay, sorry. Disappointed with this aspect. Request for late check out was rejected as they cited that there was another guest booking. However room remained vacant for the next few days. I knew because I booked another stay in a different room. A blatant lie. Very disappointing. Presence of free roaming animals were a cute touch.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, beautiful pools, rooms and food (at a reasonably price). Only gripes would be that music is quite receptive and annoying if you don’t like Ed Sheeran / Lewis Capaldi type music and the noise from the motor racing circuit nearby is quite deafening for most of the day.

My experiences with family here are great overall! They offer airport transfers with reasonable prices and less hassle of finding a driver. However U have to book prior via email and to confirm again upon arrival as they might have missed out like they did with mine. They have big room spaces and my kids love the swimming pool so much! Not to mention they have a private beach as well where children can swim or even play sandcastles. Another plus point is that there is a small hill nearby where U can go for a walk with a small fee at the entrance to see the sunset or sunrise. Lastly, they have babysitting services 🫰Here is a picture of their private beach.
