Hotel berhampiran Kuta Beach di Lombok

I recently had a disappointing experience with a hotel's service that I would like to share with others. My partner and I booked a room through Agoda a double bed room for our stay. However, upon our arrival at the hotel, we were given a room with twin beds instead. When I approached the hotel staff about the mistake, they showed me the booking they had received, which indicated twin beds. I was confused and frustrated, as my booking confirmation clearly showed that I had a double bed room Despite speaking with three different staff members, none of them were able to offer a solution and kept telling us this is not their problem. We were left feeling disappointed and frustrated cause the staff didn’t even want to help. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed with how the hotel staff handled the situation. It would have been helpful if they had offered to move us to another room with a double bed or provided some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. At the end, after spending hours with them, they finally offer a solution by adding USD60 more to change to another room. Which is totally fine for us, all I wish is they could have offer us hours earlier. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, beautiful pools, rooms and food (at a reasonably price). Only gripes would be that music is quite receptive and annoying if you don’t like Ed Sheeran / Lewis Capaldi type music and the noise from the motor racing circuit nearby is quite deafening for most of the day.

This hotel is the best in Lombok. If you are looking for a nice place to stay by the beach, pls just book this hotel. I was served by Eric and he even remembered my name! I was there on Christmas day and there are so many guests. His act definitely made me remember this place positively. Will recommend to friends.

a cozy place to relax and gather with family... If you have plan to visit Lombok, this place is the right choice because the location is very close to the airport. And for the rate, very cheaper than the other property. So, what are you waiting for ?

Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Tropik Resort in der Villa Susan mit Außenpool und Außenwhirlpool und wir waren absolut begeistert. Zur Lage: Das Resort liegt 2 Fahrminuten vom traumhaften Strand Selong Belanak entfernt. Es wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Strand angeboten. Das Resort ist für Ruhesuchende perfekt geeignet. Es gibt ein paar sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung von anderen Hotels wobei das Restaurant der Villa auch hervorragend ist. Wer mal einen Tag mehr Trubel haben möchte kann ca. 30 Minuten nach Kuta fahren. Dort findet man dann auch größere Supermärkte und ein aktives Nachtleben. Zur Villa: Die Villa ist luxuriös eingerichtet und bietet einen Außenpool und beheizten Außenwhirlpool eine freistehende Badewanne eine Regendusche. Die Villa ist absolut neu und in einem top Zustand. Der Poolbereich ist von außen nicht einsehbar und man genießt 100% Privatsphäre. Man hat so viele nützliche Extras wie z.B einen Außengrill, ein gemütliches Gasfeuer, Lautsprecher die man mit seinem Handy verbinden kann, Eiswürfelspender, Side by Side Kühlschrank usw. Zum Service: Der Service war das Absolute Highlight an unserem Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns so willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war durchgehend bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen. Es gibt eine WhatsApp Gruppe wo man zb sein Essen bestellen kann oder Anliegen melden kann. Die Reaktionszeit war unter 5 Minuten. Wir sind seit 3 Wochen in Indonesien unterwegs und hatten mehrere Unterkünfte aber hier war der Service einfach am Besten !

Incroyable homestay: un jardin magnifique, une piscine nichée dans cette végétation luxuriante, des bungalows confortables, bien pensés, un staff incroyablement attentif, sympathique, serviable et une boss à l'écoute! la cerise sur le gâteau est le prix! 26 euros pour ce joyau , on croit rêver!

I’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance. The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time. The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded. I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not. The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long. I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful. I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t. My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children. If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else. Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms For the money there are many better options in south lombok
