Hotel berhampiran Pantai Tanjung Bloam, Lombok

Tunak resort was full of nice surprises and we fell in love with the hotel staff big time! Our first Villa #2 was huge with a large private pool and ocean views. We cheekily recommended they trim one bush to increase the infinity. Hopefully the next guests will benefit 😜. Aircon in the bedroom worked great and the ceiling fan was a bonus. Bathroom + bathtub is luxurious with ocean views and open showers for two. Smoking outside was permitted and an ashtray provided. We never missed the lack of TV as the resort has plenty of fun things to do like the harnessed swing over the cliff, atvs, baby turtles release, sunrise and bird watching, deers, peacocks, the impossibly beautiful & rare blue viper, butterflies and restaurant + bar. We had a cool party supported with well made Lombok LIITs by the gang of what we now call our friends. Our second villa #4 had a shared true infinity pool with WOW views, V-shaped hills gap going down to the ocean, BIG waves and a sunset. Just one of a kind and unforgettable. Must mention the tasty and perfectly crafted menu, so bravo to the chef (hope the management never let them go). If swinging, eating & drinking wasn’t enough we indulged in 90min in-Villa massages while their spa is a work in progress - OMG sooooo good. Thank you AYU and SANTI with piano fingers. A must have! We immediately booked another couples massage but were told that one of the girls had a scheduled day off so imagine our surprise the next morning when both Ayu & Santi marched in carrying the heavy foldout beds and baskets full of oil - oh yeah 👍🏼 . This resort is amazing now but will be even more amazing when they finish building another 20 villas along this pristine cliff coast-line with killer views. When it was time to leave, all our new friends including the GM gathered around and I received a souvenir TUNAK handbag & hugs from each staff member. As the transfer car was pulling away I had quite a few tears in my eyes 👀

Saran Room 4 yang kami tempati, AC nya kurang bekerja maksimal, mungkin maintenancenya perlu diperhatikan. Kedua lampu tidurnya rusak tidak bisa dinyalakan. Selebihnya kami rasa sangat puas, namun sayang tidak disertai dengan pelayanan sarapan. Over all lokasinya bagus Kamarnya luas Harum Bersih juga kok Trima kasih Kuta Paradise Sampai jumpa lagi

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and arranged a taxi transfer and laundry for us. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed! It was 100m from the beach and a very easy walk into town. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean however bugs were a common sight. Open toilet is prone to having mosquitoes. Room is large and has a large bed and sofa. Breakfast is not buffet style but is served in a set. Choose from a menu and have it either at the restaurant or delivered to your room. TV quality is horrible. Staff kept promising to send an engineer to help fix the issue, however no one ever came. Staff only said that issue can't be resolved during our stay, sorry. Disappointed with this aspect. Request for late check out was rejected as they cited that there was another guest booking. However room remained vacant for the next few days. I knew because I booked another stay in a different room. A blatant lie. Very disappointing. Presence of free roaming animals were a cute touch.

Harmony Villa is just amazing offering the perfect balance of luxury, service, quality and peacefulness for an ideal vacation with your spouse or significant other. My husband and I recently returned from a magical 8 days and were blown away by this property. The staff, simply stated, is amazing. They get to know you personally and everyone from the owner Lorraine to Hajar, Eza, Ali and the other lads were off the charts. The service is impeccable yet non-intrusive. Lorraine and Hajar are the embodiment of hospitality. They offered us recommendations to make sure our vacation was the right mix of exploration and relaxation. Our Villa was well appointed with amenities you would expect. The villa itself was spacious yet intimate. We did not hear our neighbors at all during the entire eight days we stayed there. A small refrigerator is available. There were plenty of hangers in the closet and robes you could use. It has very relaxing patio furniture in the balcony. I usually don't comment about toilets, but the one in our villa was huge! What makes the property ideal is that its centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The stay was always going to be magical on this gorgeous island, but Harmony Villa took it to a level of unexpected perfection that will keep us singing their praises. Thank you to all of the incredible team for going above and beyond in making our stay truly special! We highly recommend this place.

Das Matahari Inn hat seine besten Jahre definitiv sehr lange hinter sich! Wahrscheinlich war es mal ein sehr gutes Hotel, wurde aber einfach nicht gepflegt und bedarf dringend einer Komplettrenovierung! Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, auch die Betten angenehm groß. Allerdings sieht man in den Zimmern, dass lange nichts renoviert wurde! Risse in den Fliesen und auch die Sauberkeit eher unterdurchschnittlich! Dies war aber einigermaßen noch o.k. ABER die Bäder sind eine absolute Zumutung und es ist eigentlich unmöglich die Zimmer mit solchen Badezimmern zu vermieten! Wir waren 3 Paare, in allen 3 Zimmern dasselbe! Die kompletten Armaturen verrostet und korrodiert! In unserem Badezimmer war der Duschhalter gebrochen, so dass die Duschbrause immer in der Hand gehalten werden musste! Am Waschbecken gab es keine Seife, keine Gläser für die Zahnbürsten, auch gab es nur ein Duschtuch, kein zusätzliches Handtuch! Toilettenpapier war nur immer eine Rolle im Bad, keine Reserve. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings wird überall deutlich, dass das Management de Hotels absolut ungenügend ist! Wenn die Zimmer „gereinigt“ werden, werden lediglich die Betten gemacht, das Badezimmer wir gar nicht geputzt! Beim Frühstück muss das Personal immer wieder aufmerksam gemacht werden, wenn etwas fehlt oder fertig war! Es waren immer genügend Servicemitarbeiter vorhanden, aber keiner hat selbstständig geschaut, ob alles zur Verfügung stand. Auch die Tassen und vor allem die Untertassen waren sehr alt und nicht einladend seinen Kaffee daraus zu trinken! Überall wird deutlich, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht angelernt wurden und nicht kontrolliert oder geschult werden! Der Junior Manager erzählte uns, dass das Hotel 7 Jahre leer gestanden hat und das merkt man! Dieses Hotel hat soviel Potenzial, da es in absoluter Toplage liegt, aber solange es so geführt wird, wie derzeit kann ich nur sagen, nie wieder!

The staffs were very helpful. Simple choice of breakfast menu but came with fresh fruit juice. Coffe and tea are provided all time at the dining area. Garden was mantained very well. We got the sasak room which was perfect to rest and had a spacious size. The bed was huge. Mattrass was fluffy with nice clean smell pillows. The shower room was great hot strong shower with strong water pressure. A very relaxing cocoon to stay as the surrounding was peaceful and quiet. Only 5 minutes drive/by scooter to central eateries area and supermarket in Kuta-Lombok. Over all a home far away from home and definitely will return again when visit Lombok.

Nice villa in the jungle. Some part of the villa (specially master bathroom / open air shower is too open with a broken bamboo gate, it surely needs to be fixed and the lighting can be improved so it could be 5☆ and nicer; This Villa is so amazing & heart melting, Although the road is still very narrow & hard to go through specially at night, but living 3 nights at the villa is perfectly nice & comfortable. Only thing missing is TV 🤭

入住的時候出了一點小狀況，但很快解決了，房間很大，寬敞，空調給力。退房時也給了免費的延遲退房很感謝。
