Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

**Rating: ★★★☆☆** I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Park for a 1 night business trip. They were quick to address my requests and provided good recommendations for local dining. 3. **Cleanliness:** My room and the common areas were clean and well-maintained. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. **Room Comfort:** While the room was generally comfortable, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the pillows were not as plush as expected. 2. **Amenities:** The amenities were quite basic. The hotel could benefit from updating some of its facilities, such as the gym, which had limited equipment and space. 3. **Noise:** My room faced a busy street, and the soundproofing was not sufficient to block out the noise from traffic and nightlife. Light sleepers might find it challenging to get a good night's rest. Overall, they provided a satisfactory stay but could use some improvements to enhance guest comfort and experience. I would consider staying here again for short trips but might explore other options for longer stays.

Rooms were clean and whenever I go for a stay i check for clean washroom the washroom there was very clean. overall the room was good. the people come to clean the floors and the take away the garbage if u tell them. had a great stay at Trisha residency

Don’t book it find another hotel. this hotel was horrible it’s neither have good service nor environment and staff never give good service to you. Lonavala visit only in monsoon otherwise cancel your trip and make sure you will visit only in next mansoon.

The hill forest resort is at a good location in lonavala. We stayed there for 2 nights with family. Service was also good. They will provide kettel with tea/milk packets on request free of cost, not otherwise.
