Old property, location is good just a km away from market, on the road. Old highway. Toilet bathroom clean but old, room space is good but carpet on floor was dirty other wise staffis so cooperative and well mannered. Breakfast just okk not so tasty.

I had an awesome stay felt at home people related to this place are very friendly warm and affectionate the reastaurant is also excellent and gennuliely liked this place would again visit this

1) the room was the same as shown in the picture, but reality started when we entered the room. The floor mat outside the rest room was wet and stinking. 2) the room bed cover was all having cotton balls which were sticking to our clothes. 3) the room never seemed clean. Bed, bed cover, pillow cover all were old. 4) the property is ok, but not maintained properly. 5) the service is a little slow. 6) the room had mosquitos and we had asked for the empty liquidator to be replaced in the afternoon which got changed in the night after a nemurous request. 7) the food was ok, which included breakfast.

Had a great trip to Lonavala where we happened to stay in Picaddle resort. One thing about the resort is it's neat & clean. May it be rooms or garden surroundings. It has SVEDA Spa which happens to be amazing with skilled staff & manager was on his toes to explain things. Rooms were spacious & well arranged with courteous housekeeping staff. It has 24 hours room service with good food.

To begin with the staff and ***agement out here are FABULOUS people. We had to change our pre booked holiday twice and they understood our problem and helped us reschedule. Thank you very much rhythm. I’d have given 5 stars to be honest, for their very very helpful service and care…be it the bellboys the receptionist or the restaurant staff. Dipak at the buffet was particularly helpful and attentive. So was the restaurant ***ager. But I feel that the food is a mixed bag. There are plenty of options but the flavours are a bit underwhelming. To be precise the passion is missing in the preparation. I’m probably being too critical because I understand gourmet cooking. But still, the staff isn’t to blame for the kitchens shortcomings. Here comes the main reason for an average experience. It’s the GUESTS! While most were civil and decent, quite a few were uncouth and disturbingly badly behaved. I had to wake up all 3 nights around 3 to 4 AM to ask neighboring guests to turn their volume down! The hotel staff did help, but just imagine men and women laughing and talking at the top of their voices without a care! There were senior senior citizen guests and there were small babies too staying. But the boorish guests paid no heed to basic civil behaviour! Appalling. All in all a disappointing time for which I cannot blame the hotel. All I can say is that they should get stricter about these basic etiquette matters and make people understand that there are others at the hotel too!.
